We had Louis in for minor ear surgery and the removal of a mast. Vet Cason was amazingly skilled and had a calming way with my dog that other vets haven’t had. Everyone working in the building cares about what they are doing, and my dog especially fell in love with Eve and her patience, warmth, and skill.

We trusted this clinic with our dog, Gabby, and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Over multiple visits, I pointed out a lump on her thyroid area and expressed concern, but I do not feel it was taken seriously enough or investigated with the urgency it deserved. On multiple occasions I was told it was nothing. By the time we finally got answers, by going to another vet, the cancer had progressed to the point where what would have been a simple surgery was no longer an option. Eventually, the tumor affected her ability to breathe, which was devastating to witness and an awful way for her to pass. I understand that no vet can guarantee outcomes, but I do believe earlier attention and more proactive follow-up could have made a difference. My hope is that this feedback encourages more thorough evaluation of owner concerns, especially when something persists over multiple visits.

I went here last minute upon the recommendation of a friend. They were very busy, but I was able to get an groomer appointment for the next day... lucky for me. Assorted pet toys... attached to the vet office is a big plus and gives peace of mind just knowing it is there.

We have been using Berry Farms Vet for about two and a half years and we are very pleased. Dr. Mitch and Dr. Cason are very knowledgeable, thorough and offer our two dogs good "bedside manner"! Both dogs had to have different surgeries and both healed amazingly well. The staff is all very helpful and friendly!

Staff and Doctors here are fantastic. Dr. Mitch super caring and professional. Love the kennel folks. All three dogs have stayed, our lab has had emergency surgery and the outcome, recovery and care, super.

The receptionist were very kind. They make sure that the dogs are getting specific care according to their needs. The doctors are good practitioners and use other expert healing methods in addition to medical so they are well informed. Great place.

Berry Farms Animal Hospital is great! Our dog had a chronic health problem that we had a hard time diagnosing. We went years with multiple vets trying to figure it out. We are so thankful for Dr Katie, who devoted so much time to us, and she figured out the issue and provided the remedy!
