Brookfield Pet Hospital Plus

We have been going to Brookfield pet Hospital since I was a kid and we would take our childhood pets there. There’s no other place that we trust more to take care of our pets as we treat them as family. Our cat has been dealing with some health issues and we took him in yesterday to be seen and not only did they work with us on pricing, they communicated which treatment was more important and what treatments could wait if need be. They all loved on our cat and were so gentle and sweet. They are very kind with not only our pets, but us. I love doing business with this vet and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 12/10 recommend!

Very detailed information about my pet. The communication was perfect from time I walked through the door, to check out. Vet's In general are expensive, though I thought the rates were reasonable here. The personal care, and genuine concern for my cat was conveyed and felt like my cat was the priority patient. It didn't feel like they were rushing me through the appointment. It felt like my cat was the priority patient. Thank you for your kindness and detailed attention.

We have been clients at Brookfield Pet Hospital for over 20 years. The vets have always been thorough and kind to us and our dogs. We currently have a Pom with LOTS of hair. Paula the dog groomer is fabulous brushing all that hair and trimming it.

All the staff here treat us & our senior pup with so much kindness & professionalism! Would recommend without reservation. Our dog is terrified of going to the vet (any vet, or basically anywhere) but she tolerates going here and the staff is very patient with her as she hides behind my legs. The allergy shots have helped her immensely. I love that we can book appointments online!

I had the worst experience and do not go to Dr Pearl Chen. She gave my dog an ear swab but never told me the results but gave me some useless tube of meds and the dumb receptionist said to use my finger to put it in my dogs ear. She gave my dog a rabies shot although my dog wasn’t due yet. She would not return my phone call. She upsold me a tube of "mousse" with no instructions. My dog’s paws are still not resolved. Dr Chen is the worst.

Brookfield Pet Hospital is easy to find and compact enough not to overwhelm. The staff schedules appointments six days a week with several excellent veterinarians. We’ve seen Dr David and Dr Nguyen recently; the techs, vets, and staff are fantastic. Enzo needed his rabies vax and was happy to be seen. Thank you to Dr David for taking the time to get to know this smart but rambunctious pup.
