I want to recommend Dr. Lizzie who took care of my ball python with a very dramatic neck injury. Dr. Lizzie showed a great ability to handle a snake, plus she got her injury cleaned and stitched,and I even got a radiography of her bones. My python healed wonderfully thanks to her! She is also super kind and very patient to answer all my questions and explain with detail. Everyone working there was the same. The prices were not cheap but I know you can trust your pets with them. And book with time, they have a fully-booked schedule.

Don't let the size of the building fool you. It's a tiny office but, they provide top care service for all types of pets. The doctos and staff are amazing! They are so compassionate and knowledgeable. Shout out to: Dr. Marlin, Dr Moore and Dr Aramburu for taking good care of my fur babies. Especial shout out to the techs, assistants and receptionists, they are all so sweet and patient.

My husband and I recently moved to Fountain Valley and needed to find a new veterinary home for our two cats and our new puppy. Choosing BrookEllis Pet Animal Hospital has been one of the best decisions we've made since moving here. this place is absolutely amazing! From the moment we first walked in, the entire staff has been super friendly and incredibly kind. The welcoming atmosphere to how they handle our fur babies, they are extremely gentle and attentive to all of our pets, treating them with the utmost care. Additionally, the vets themselves are top notch. They are knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain everything to you in detail, making sure you understand your pet's health and treatment plan. Our puppy had an allergic reaction after receiving a new vaccine. When I called the office, they quickly made sure all of her needs were met to resolve the problem promptly and effectively. I truly can only say good things about BrookEllis Animal Hospital. They provide outstanding professional service with a genuinely compassionate touch.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Every staff member from the receptionist to the techs whom I interacted with were positive and supportive. You can tell they really do enjoy what they do. The vet was super kind, listened to my concerns and was never condescending or impatient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my appointment was fast (but not rushed). Nothing was obscenely overpriced either. I will be bringing Brooklyn back for all of her care here in the future- can’t recommend this office enough!

Dr. Wayne is very knowledgeable, talented, and kind. The care given to Cosmo is always gentle and loving. One can tell pets are treated with loving concern. Estimates for cost are always given before any testing is done. We would never go elsewhere for Cosmo's care.
