One of the primary reasons I continue to trust and appreciate Dr. Slough and Woodland Springs is because of the exceptional care and professionalism he consistently provides. Dr. Slough has a fantastic bedside manner — warm, compassionate, thorough, and genuinely attentive while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. He takes the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. Most importantly, he remains incredibly patient and kind despite my neuroticism and worry surrounding my boy, Riggs. It is obvious he truly cares about both his patients and their owners. That level of trust I have in him cannot be emphasized enough, and it’s the reason I feel comfortable bringing Riggs there. I genuinely cannot give Dr. Slough enough praise. He’s wonderful.

Great staff and beautiful office! Dr. Slough is the kindest, sweetest vet. He has been there for us with three pets including one who passed away. And he is our new puppy’s favorite person outside our family. Cannot recommend him and the clinic enough!

Woodland Springs is a wonderful veterinary hospital. The staff is kind, and caring. Our 14 year old Danny had stopped eating anything but treats, and was rapidly losing weight. Dr. Chen was thorough, and in testing she found our Danny had invasive cancer. She and the tech were very kind. They were sympathetic to my emotions while making the hard choice to schedule a return visit to end his suffering. On our scheduled day - the staff lead us to a cozy prepared room. They explained the process, and gave us time to be with him. They had a jar of chocolates we could offer him and plenty of tissues for us. He liked the chocolate.. he ate 6 of them. His last moments were peaceful. A week later, we received a hand written card - with a print of his paw. I was overcome with emotion. I will treasure this card for always. I whole heartedly recommend this Hospital, Dr. Chen, and the staff. Thank you for caring.

This vet clinic is truly the biggest blessing in my family’s life. My dog Trixie Mullon has been a patient here for a few years now and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for her health and our wallets. To the medical staff, thank you for your patience, understanding, and love that you show us. What would we do without you?

Hannah, Kaylee, Dr. Johnson and all the other ladies that helped us today were all amazing. Dr Johnson was very thorough in the comprehensive exam for my new puppy and made the visit very smooth. I love that she did lots of education and made sure I was prepared as an owner as well. I’m sure my new pup will not be scared to go to the vet ever after experiencing their sweet and compassionate care.

I've truly never experienced such thorough and attentive vet care. Regardless of whomever you interact with, they all have one goal in mind, making sure your pet gets the best possible care. Dr. Ken Slough is knowledgeable, kind, professional and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to follow up individually to check on my English Bully after surgery and make sure she's doing okay. Stacy is amazing, she treats my dogs like family! I've already referred friends and family to this clinic and will continue to do so going forward. I love having natural options to treat my pet. Acupuncture has been such a help in my aging Great Dane. Dr Vi is great and I especially love when she explains the acupuncture points that she uses
