Came in first time and was happy with the level of service. Jewels was our vet tech and she is the absolute sweetest person and did such a good job with my very anxious pet. Will be back for sure as we signed up for the member ship! I feel the membership has a ton of value for the cost!
Thrive Pet in Saginaw was and is amazing! It was my first visit to them because my dog was reaching his end of life. They did not know me or the love I had for my dog, but they treated us like we were family. They made saying goodbye to my boy so much easier. I will always appreciate them, and I will be taking my other dogs there for future care.
We have always used Thrive vets, but recently moved to NRH and visited the Saginaw location for the first time. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours to address our puppy’s ear infection, and all the staff was lovely! Toby approves 🥰
I brought my elderly cat in with an emergency and jewel was so kind and accommodating as soon as I walked thru the door. I was an emotional wreck and her sweet demeanor really helped ease my anxiety. The veterinarian was absolutely wonderful as well and showed great kindness going over my pets diagnosis. I'm very grateful I found them and definitely recommend!!
I love thrive in Saginaw. They give the absolute best care to my Roxie girl, and always follow up after our visits. Test results came back next day and they made sure to text me to let me know! Our tech always remembers her even when it’s been a while since her last visit. I recommend them to anyone who has been looking for a new place to take their fur baby.
Thrive was excellent. They saw us very quickly and Dr Zimmerman and tech Jessica were both especially nice and caring. They answered all my crazy questions and made good recommendations for care. I will be taking my kitten there for all follow up visits.
This place is a phenomenonal place to take your pets. They are extremely loving and caring, not only to our pets, but to us as well!! They are honest and have such huge hearts!!
