Ridglea Animal Hospital

I have been going here for years, they have always taken great care of me and my babies. I recently had to put my sweet dog down with them and they allowed me to talk about my dog, tell stories and made me feel heard. Even after my baby was long gone, they allowed me to share my most fond memories which made me feel a lot better, they didn’t rush me out the door. Very caring team. They are in it for the passion, not the money, and I will always come here and recommend them to my peers. They also sent me a hand written card in regards to my recent loss, and the card made me feel special, seen, and cared for. Thank you to Ridglea for years of service.

I have been taking my dogs to see Dr. Knapp and his team for many years. At every juncture, they are professional and never try to push unnecessary care on me. I can't say my dogs love going to the vet, but I can say that they are getting excellent care at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I love this place! It is my favorite place for all my furry, feathered, scaly and hairy pets! They have seen my hedgehog, dogs, cats, guinea pig....you name it and they protect it! I cannot tell you how often I get to board my family pets in their "home away from home" place! Our dogs love ❤️ coming to Ridglea West Animal Hospital where they are treated like family!!! Our pup is highly anxious and I was not looking forward to our first visit. Thankfully, the staff and Vet are exceptional at providing care to the animals and owners here ❤️ They handled our pup with kid gloves and did their best to make him comfortable. Best of all..... The visit was quick! Thank you all for making this visit so easy! Discount agrees this establishment deserves 5paws 🐾 🐾🐾🐾🐾

They are very good & helpful i took 2 cats at the same time they came out and help me in, took care of my girls one at a time no fuss, very impressed

There are fantastic vets in the area that charge a fraction of the prices at this vet office. A simple blood draw here is over $60, but nicer offices with better reviews are charging $20 for the same service. I do not appreciate being price gouged. The reception desk could try to be a little bit friendlier. I was referred here by a neighbor who hesitated to even recommend me because she was already looking for a new vet, if that gives you any idea of the retention rate for their clients.

We have been using Ridglea Animal for many years and many pets. I cannot imagine using anyone else. The doctors and assistants give GREAT care for a fair price and have empathy for owners and pets. They have been in business for years and treat you like family!
