Jennifer is an absolute gem! She was personable and went above and beyond to assure me that my dog was in good hands. Dr. Vaughn called me personally to let me know how my baby girl was doing after her surgery. But for Jennifer's assurance, I might have gone elsewhere. Her demeanor and warm personality should be echoed throughout the facility. Aspen is healing perfectly and doing well. Thank you Jennifer for writing in legible letters on her meds so I couldn't screw up. I can't thank you and the doc enough.

Finding a new veterinarian after our puppies’ longtime vet retired was honestly very stressful for us. We were worried about finding someone we could truly trust with our babies. From the moment we came here, the entire team made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Lauren, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable Dr. Ricords was amazing — very knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident that our puppies were receiving the best care possible. You can genuinely tell how much he cares about both animals and their owners. Our puppies felt calm and well cared for, and that meant everything to us. The entire clinic was also incredibly clean, including all the exam rooms, which made us feel even more comfortable bringing our puppies there. You can genuinely tell how much they care about both animals and their owners. We truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism from the entire team. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Rickords Animal Hospital. I brought my dog here for boarding after she tore her CCL, as my regular vet recommended a facility that offers medical boarding, as they do not provide. Although Rickords is about 30 minutes away from me, I will absolutely continue to use them. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The office was clean, and it was clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the animals they are treating. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands during her recovery. I already have her next boarding booked for May, and I highly recommend Rickords Animal Hospital. I will definitely be returning.

During a tough moment for our family I was recommended this practice. It was easily the best advice I’ve ever received! They were professional, courteous and compassionate on the phone and once we’d arrived. The entire staff went above and beyond and we are truly grateful. They really came through for our family and our beloved dog. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Rickords is amazing. This most recent vet I saw I will request everytime. Dr Brandon B. I wish I could remember his last name. I love this place. Here’s something else: recently another of my pups passed. I had an appt for him but it turned urgent the night before and I had to take him to the ER. I called Rickords to let them know to cancel the appt. I received a condolence card signed by the entire Rickords staff for my pup who they didn’t see at an appt. That tells you the kind of people and business you are going to.

The vet tech was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and gave thorough instructions on how to give injections at home. We (human and dogs) always have a great experience with all the staff.

They have been my "Dawg's" vet since he joined our family. They treat us like family too. The staff seem to actually care about the animals (and the hoomans) and aren't just after the $$$. I think we'll keep them around. Here's a pic of the "Dawg" in question lol
