ABC Animal Clinic and Hospital

Dr. Snodgrass has been my dog’s veterinarian for years, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, which always gives me peace of mind. Most importantly, he is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. The way he explains things is clear, patient, and easy to understand, making even stressful situations feel manageable. He takes the time to answer all my questions and genuinely cares about both his patients and their owners. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion he has shown over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Snodgrass to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated veterinarian.

This place is horrible! I called March 13th to find out prices for my 8 pound Chihuahua, I was quoted the daily rate and was told to send over my puppy vaccination record. I received a called back stating everything was fine! I dropped my puppy off on the 14th of March till today (March 20th) but at the time of drop off I was hit with all the extra vaccines that my dog needed. Two days later the Doctor on duty called and said my dog was fine and everything thing was going well and then he tried selling extra vaccines. I told him to hold off till I speak with NRH animal clinic. The vaccines were done anyway. At the time of pick up the lady upfront let me know before they brought my dog out that he had popped in his kennel and played in it so he needs a bath. I couldn’t even ride home with my puppy because he smelt so horrible and had poop covered in his face all around his dog tags. Not once have my puppy popped in his kennel and he’s in it daily during the day while we are at work and school. FOR THE PRICE THAT’S PAID AT LEAST THEY COULD WASH THE ANIMALS OFF. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Really disappointed with this place. Have been taking my dogs here for several years, but I will be finding a new vet. My eldest dog was brought in for a mass evaluation and bloodwork, the bloodwork showed elevated calcium levels (toxic to the kidneys), and I was referred to another vet for further treatment of the mass and no medication for the hypercalcemia. When I contacted them back to try to get medication since they performed the most recent blood panel within 2 weeks, they refused to prescribe anything unless I book and pay another visit. Apparently, looking at the bloodwork from a visit that I already paid for to prescribe a medication that should have been done at said visit is too much to ask for without some more money to justify the doctors time to provide a little relief as my dog enters end-of-life stage. Thanks Jasper for not even checking if an exception could be made.

I've been taking my fur babies here for a number of years. The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. And Dr Snodgrass is great.

Dr. Snodgrass is AMAZING!! He had taken care of all my dogs with the greatest kindness I've ever seen. He's so gentle and takes the time to explain not only the big things my dog needs, but also the little things I can do to help her heal faster. He takes the time to remember my name and the names and conditions of each dog I've brought to him. Jupiter, my dog I had since I was 16, (I lost her when I was 31) had many health issues toward the end of her life and Dr. Snodgrass was so compassionate to me and Jupiter when I had to have my sweet baby girl put to sleep. (Oh and all the techs are just as gentle and caring. **EVERY TECH** came to the room to say goodbye, pet and love on Jupiter before she was gone.) She knew she was loved. Dr. Snodgrass fought so hard for her and even called after hours to tell me what was going on and how she was doing. And now he's taking care of my Sacha. He is such a caring, gentle doctor, and the techs are done pic the most tender hearted, loving people I've ever met. I will never takeany of my pets anywhere else! The solid white dog is Jupiter, and the one with little brown ears is Sacha

Check my 3 cats to get their annual check-ups. Rabies shot and other things. Prices very good.Thank you for looking out after them

Thank you, Dr. Snodgrass for your excellent care of my Duke. The time you spent talking with us really helped. Look forward to seeing him improve and telling you all about it.
