What a wonderful staff! Each person that chatted with me about our situation was kind, thoughtful, and truly a wonderful listener with a caring heart for animals. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone who needs the after hours check for their pet. They helped us feel comfortable that we could get down to the issue with what our pet had going on and a bonus they choose to meet our pet where he was most comfortable for an examination- they seriously got on the floor to help our cat feel more comfortable, instead of being up on the table like most facilities. Overall amazing staff! 10/10

Our regular vet isn't open on Sundays so when my dogs claw broke in half, we needed to get in to help mend it before infection hits. Easy check-in, and we were in and out in about 1 and a half hours. I truly appreciate the level of care my dog received. The treatment options were very concisely laid out and we were able to make a confident informed decision of the route to take. The vet showed genuine empathy to my dog, and being so gentle and perceptive to her discomfort. After getting her broken claw fixed up within an hour and a half from arriving, her paw was dressed expertly- neatly and secure and even placed a removable waterproof bag to protect it from getting wet in the snow. I thought that was such a thoughtful touch. I am so thankful for you guys, and I will definitely recommend this place

I cannot express how amazing this staff and practice are. We used them for the first time in 2023 and it was great. Used them today and saw Dr. Smith for a different pup. Olivia at the front desk was quick to greet us and look at Bailey real quick. Brandon was the vet assistant and he was great with her and myself. They instantly showed me the restroom, offered drinks and snacks. Dr. Smith did her exam and gave her recommendations but never pushed anything. I walked out very reassured and comfortable touching base with our regular vet. It was worth every penny. And they gave the cost for everything prior to doing anything which was great.

The staff was AMAZING and they truly went above and beyond in taking care of a, longer than expected, treatment process with our dog. They are very informative when answering any questions to ensure you aren’t left in the dark. Additionally, they kept us informed on what to expect every step of the way. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing an urgent care!

Had to take my cat in for an emergency checkup. He was straining to pass a stool and meowing in pain. The staff were all friendly and compassionate and took good care of my one eyed baby! Reasonably priced for an emergency vet. Definitely recommend if you need an emergency vet visit.

We had to put down our 12 year old black lab, Marlow. They got us in right away, even brought a cart out to get him because he wouldn't walk. They were so kind and didn't rush the process. I just received a sympathy card signed by the whole staff. Such thoughtful and caring staff. They made this process so much easier for our family.

This place is literally a life safer. They got my little girl in when my local vet was three weeks out. I don't know what I would have done without them. Everyone was kind and professional, the place is clean. I could not have been happier with their quality of care.
