Today, I accidentally clipped my doggie’s ear, as I was grooming him, and it sent me into despair!😩I got to Banfield, @5:45pm, and Jenny greeted me with a smile, told me all was gonna be alright, and immediately took Justin🐶to be seen by Dr Griese! Then Bailey came out and reassured me that they were taking great care of him, and the course of treatment! The doctor came out, talked to me, and Jenny checked us out! Thank you all🥹for going above and beyond to help my little guy! You are awesome!!❤️🩹
My visit today at Banfield was great! The attending doctor was very helpful with a treatment plan for my dog. Also, the check-in person was very kind. Lastly, the attending vet technician took great care with my dog.
This is the first time for us bringing our pup. Major. The place was amazing the schedule was great the staff was amazing and the doctor was great very knowledgeable and patient and didn’t mind answering our many questions. I recommend this place for anyone who has a pet!!
Everyone from front desk to drs and staff in the back were very professional and so respectful. Amazing group of people work on that office . They treated my dog and I was the happiest mom dog ever . Please don't miss a chance to go visit that office bring your fur babies there you will never be disappointed. I promise.
My Sissy & Buddy have had the best care since I rescued them. The staff is great, Rita is extremely friendly and helpful! The dogs like the Drs and aren’t afraid to be there.
It’s an establishment that says veterinarian. You meet a receptionist who sends you into a room with a vet technician. After that your animal is taken elsewhere to you hope a veterinarian. But, who knows. Cause you never get to meet the wizard behind the curtain. Will not be renewing my insurance plan and will go elsewhere in August..
Honestly so happy I got my puppy with Banfield! Everyone seems so sweet and caring! Hermione did amazing at her first appointment and I feel so comfortable taking her here. I was a little nervous at first but they were awesome! The staff was very attentive and helpful with Hermiones health and all my questions.
