Started with an issue at my 2nd visit here at Banfield, but the outcome was pleasant, thanks to Kerry. Good listener, great assistance and I felt that she truly cares for our fur babies. No complaints in the end. Blessings

I cannot be more grateful for the attention and concern that Kerry, Laura , and the young lady that always takes care of Gizmo with his IV fluid I can really say how much they love Gizmo there is not a moment I go there they take the time to give him the love and care he needs Especially this past Tuesday 9/23 I had the pleasure to meet Dr Diaz she was amazing in helping me with my concern in making Gizmo comfortable knowing there is nothing much we can continue to do due to his critical kidney failure very hard decisions but I know he will not suffer anymore 😢💔😢💔 will miss you Gizmo ♥️ once again Thanks to that amazing Banfield Team in Fort Myers Fl

My dog was injured at the salon in this petsmart ending up with two chemical ulcers. Thanks to Dr. Johnson and her team, my dog was diagnosed efficiently and quickly with recommendations to an amazing opthamologist who quickly resolved this issue and cured my baby’s eyes. The staff at this pet hospital are empathetic, positive and nothing but a reassuring presence in times of uncertainty and stress. Thank you Dr. Johnson & team for your amazing help.

I was charged $600 for a misdiagnosed dog.. Who passed away the very next day. Dr.Scola diagnosed my dog with a respiratory infection and gave antibiotics to us. She never felt a mass in Buster's throat. She said she examined him., But I never saw any examination. Because she took him in another room to do it.. Buster had to be rushed to the E.R on Daniels rd. Within 24 hrs.. That night Buster had a couple seizures, And major trouble breathing. We then knew it was more than a respiratory infection. The doctor at the ER immediately found a mass in his throat. And he told us our dog was dying.. You can imagine the distress. I asked the doctor why Dr. Scola could not feel the mass... He shook his head and said I don't know. If Dr Scola could have diagnosed him right, I would have had time to say goodbye and my children would have also said goodbye. But instead he passed away shortly after being diagnosed.. I'm beside myself with grief. My children are heartbroken, because I had told them Buster would be back soon. $600 wasn't enough money to get a thorough examination.? How do I get charged less at the emergency vet, then I did at Banfield??? And a more thorough check up. The doctor there was awesome and his staff cared so much. And it only took him 2 minutes to give the correct diagnosis... I will never understand how Dr. Scola could miss a mass.. I will never go back to Banfield again. And if you do please be careful.. RIP BUSTER. Had to put this comment on my mom's page. Because my earlier one, was removed. Kylin Hererra Luis Hererra
