We have been with Paws of the Rockies for 8 years and they have taken amazing care of our dog and cat. We had some health issues come up with our dog Benji and they made saying goodbye easier with their help and support throughout the process. It’s obvious that Dr. Holmes and all of the wonderful techs really do love and care for the pets (and the humans) that they provide care for.
My experience was quick, friendly and very comfortable for my cat. The staff Sarah, Taylor and Jaz and Dr Holmes were very comforting and nice towards me and Thanos. Also The price was well within my range. My cat Thanos needed an update rabies vaccine and health certificate for a trip he will be taking next week. I was very worried on how he would re-act to getting his shot but the staff was very professional and kind to him. They could see he was stressed and handled it very well making sure he was okay while they did their necessary work. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for vet to take their pet to for an update for their vaccines. Best experience I’ve had and will keep them in mind for future vaccines.😁
I cannot say enough good things about this place. When every other clinic wanted to schedule me out, they took my cat in same day and treated him with such kindness. Thankfully it wasn’t a life-threatening emergency, but he would have been extremely uncomfortable all weekend, and they understood that his comfort mattered. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely cared. They fixed his issue, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. They were also very honest. They could have charged me far more, and I would have paid it without question, but they didn’t. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. I am incredibly grateful for them. This clinic is a true gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.
I have had all my pets get their care through Paws Of The Rockies. They are so kind and caring and love my animals as much as I do. They call to check in, and go over and beyond with their care. I recommend them to all my friends.
Dr. Mark is awesome and takes such good care of our dogs. All of the staffers are sweet, love my dogs and put up with my incessant babbling. 🙂 l will never go to another vet. Update: Last year when one of my dogs, Whiskey, needed to be let go, Dr. Mark and his staff were the kindest, most gentle team. They laid out a lovely, soft blanket, lit a candle, and had a couple of pieces of chocolate for her. They gave us as much time as we needed with her, and she peacefully went to sleep. I can't thank them enough.
I am a pet sitter (Wings and Whiskers in Windsor) and have had to be the ambulatory service for some of my clients. The vet techs and Dr are first class. I’ve seen Dr stay at the forefront with medicines with amazing results! Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our Welsh Terrier had a growth on his paw that was swollen and becoming infected. We were able to get him in the same day we called. They took excellent care of him! The bill was $95 including antibiotics, pain relief and a boot for Fergus's foot. The comprehensive exam was only $65 of the $95. This would easily have cost us $150 at his vet in Dallas!
