I’ve been using Banfield for 6 years, across 4 different cities. I’ve always had a great experience at each. I especially like the FoCo location, they’ve been very communicative and make sure that both my dog and I feel taken care of.

No matter what this place actually works with you they’re not in it for the money. I’ve been taking my pup here since before she was 6 months and she’s almost 3 now and they’re truly the best group of people ever. I love them and so does my pup!

I've been going to Banfield for about three or four years now. I've been to several other vets with my dog but I keep going back because the reasonable price, they have more vaccines available than other vets, and they've always taken great care of my little dude Steve. He recently had his teeth cleaned and they look great. He had a large earwax buildup at the same time and they deep cleaned his ears for no extra charge when they had him under anesthesia. I have no plans on changing vets and they do a great job with calming my dog down and making him feel comfortable.

Please take your pets somewhere else. Banfield overworks their staff to the point where your pets are not priority. I know they try. This is no fault of the staff employed here, but Banfield is a corporation, profits over people. Don't believe me? Take a look at the list of names on their pet board. Some days it's over 30 pets. That's at most 15 minutes per pet in an 8 hour day. They just don't have the time to give your pet the best attention. Again, every staff member I dealt with over the years was very nice, and tried their best. But, if you want your pet to be priority, don't take them to a big corporation where they're just a number.

I have a deaf Great Dane, Moose, who is scared of the vet from a previous bad experience. They were so patient and gentle with Moose. He was able to get his exam and vaccines and loved being there. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing care and bedside manner!

I was told that vaccines were given to my cat and that there was nothing wrong with his oral health. His paperwork also stated he was overweight, he was 7 lbs at his follow up visit (with a different, better veterinary office). The results from his visit were so indecipherable that I had to ask for more information and still couldn't get a straight answer. I had to take my cat to a different vet for the SAME issues I brought him into Banfield for and found out that he had a mass on his jaw, serious oral health issues, and symptoms that were conducive with cancer. According to the paperwork YOU provided to my new Vet NO vaccines were given to my cat. What the actual hell did I pay for? What did you do to my dear boy when he was out of my sight? I had to put him to sleep on Thursday April 16th, 2026. Was it your fault he had cancer? No. Did your practitioners do their job? Also, no. I will never suggest this place to my friends, family, strangers on the street. I will be telling everyone I know and don't know that your Pet Hospital is a rip off and it is dangerous to take your beloved family member to you as you will not do your due diligence to ensure our loved ones are properly cared for. The staff were kind but you as an organization should be ashamed of yourselves. My baby is dead and I could have done more to help ease his final days if you'd given me ANY information. You disgust me.
