We took out 11 year old German Shepherd in on March 3rd for some gum surgery. The vet assured us he was healthy and the procedure would be routine. We picked up our dog that afternoon and he died that evening. We did not have a necropsy preformed so no definitive cause of death, but I will let people reading this draw their own conclusion. I would never trust this clinic with another one of my beloved dogs.

Exceptional care! When my dog broke her jaw, they got us in immediately and took incredible care of her. I happily drive all the way from Denver to Fort Collins just to see them because their expertise is absolutely worth it. Super happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing specialized veterinary dental surgery.

Our sweet senior greyhound, Archie, had his first dental with Animal Dental Care & Oral Surgery. We felt very reassured knowing there was an anesthesiologist monitoring him, given his breed and age. We received timely updates while he was under, and he recovered well following his extractions. His chompers are looking great!

Such a professional business. The front office staff is knowledgeable and very sincere. Dr. Redman is beyond compare. No matter how long you might have to drive to get here, you will ALWAYS be impressed.

I brought my 7-year-old Shetland Sheepdog, Tucker, to Animal Dental Care and Oral Surgery after his vet identified a fractured upper fourth premolar and referred us to a dental specialist. Dr. Erin McGuirk performed his procedure and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Before anything, Dr. McGuirk sat down with me and carefully walked through every option with complete transparency about the pros, cons, and realistic outcomes of each. That kind of straightforward, patient-first guidance meant everything. Tucker also had a dedicated anesthesiologist monitoring him throughout the procedure, which is a standard of care I’ve never encountered at a general practice and mattered a lot given he’s had rough anesthesia recoveries in the past. He bounced back better and much faster this time than ever before. Dr. McGuirk and the entire team were wonderful, informative, and clearly knowledgeable. Tucker has been healing beautifully, and I can tell he’s no longer in pain from his tooth and is acting more like himself again.

Everyone was very so friendly and helpful. They accommodated my dog and me very well throughout the process, explained everything perfectly, stayed in touch via phone calls and made sure my dog was comfortable during his visit and aftercare. Would definitely recommend! P.s. Photo is my dog waking up from anesthesia. They called me early so I could be there with him while he wakes up which I very much appreciated!

We had recently rescued a dog who ended up having some issues with one of his canines. Our new guy was pretty traumatized from being in the shelter and abused; the team here was incredibly accommodating, got us in and out quick, did quality work, and provided accurate pricing. In fact, our bill ended up being less than quoted. We were concerned about leaving our dog in the kennel given his past, but there were no issues whatsoever. Everything was handled professionally and with care.
