Heritage Animal Hospital, Urgent Care and Surgical Center

Staff is always friendly and compassionate, and always accommodates my last minute appointment needs. It's a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. There is plenty of room in the waiting area, and the wait time is very minimal. The facility is very clean and well kept. The staff and vets make you feel at ease as you are going through a stressful time with your pet. I'm glad that I made the switch. Keep up the good work!!

I have never received so many blessings within a tragedy like I have with Heritage Animal Hospital. I was referred to this hospital by another that was unable to help our case and I will be forever grateful to that receptionist recommendation. With warm and compassionate staff, the surgeon who came in on a day off to perform "his favorite surgery" and for all appointments during recovery covered and a follow-up urgent visit taking priority over all others bring me to tears. My heart is filled with gratitude and I am hopeful in my dogs future and it is all because of Heritage Animal Hospital staff. Everyone operates with urgency and compassion. My dog needed surgery - she needed immediate attention and care as she has proven to be a delicate/sensitive spirit. I could not have asked for a more responsive team who lead with so much love for me and my dog. Thank you Heritage Animal Hospital, I cannot thank all of you enough.

The staff has helped Gizmo, Nova, and me beyond words. I came in there terrified and a new fur mom to pets with seizures. I am still very scared, and every frantic call I make, no matter what time it is, your staff is always so friendly and comforting. I could not do this without you! We had brought in a kitten that was struggling to breathe and while the prognosis was poor and we sadly had to euthanize, the front staff and animal care team couldn't have been more compassionate and caring towards our situation. Dr. Singleton, I believe is her name, was so kind in her delivery of the treatment outcomes of the kitten. And another vet staff (unfortunately, I can't remember her name) was also so considerate when bringing us back to see the kitten and gentle in her delivery of how poor his outcome was looking. The staff listened to all of our requests and it made the choice to euthanize all the more bearable knowing that the kitten was in caring hands and that he would pass comfortably. Thank you so much again.

I cannot recommend Heritage Dog Hospital enough! From the moment we arrived, the team treated Pablo with so much care and compassion. They were incredibly quick, yet thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly and transparently, which really helped me understand what was happening. Everyone we interacted with was personable, sweet, and genuinely kind, making what could have been a very stressful and scary experience feel much more manageable. I am genuinely grateful for my experience and regret not finding this place sooner. The reception to my dog today was superb! The staff was very friendly and patient with us. Their dog handling ability, set my nerves at ease. I was amazed at how professionally they approached my German Shepherd. He can get nervous at the vet and we are training to positively reinforce visits. However, the staff exhibited the ability work and introduce themselves to him well which was very beneficial to both my dog and I. I look forward to more visits because of the calm environment they set for animals and believe Heritage Animal Hospital sets a standard to how animals should be handled and cared for. I believe you pay for the quality of care you want your animal to receive and our visit today was worth every penny. Rufus gave his overall experience 5 stars!

The facility is nice and new. They saw our cat fast but this is where the good thing end. We went on Valentine's Day for our senior cat who was having issues with his teeth. The doctor asked us what we wanted to do and informed us the cat would need his teeth extracted. We trusted them and agreed. They did the surgery late at night around 10 pm and finished around 12 am. We noticed that our cat kept clawing his mouth in pain when he tried to eat and was overall in bad shape. He hardly ate then started smelling bad. We took him to valley animal hospital where they informed us sutures were opened. Valley Animal hospital did a X-ray and found that heritage had left the roots in the cats mouth, had opened wounds, and damaged the cats jaw bone. They redid the so called extractions that heritage did and made a complaint to Heritage *Update 2/26/2026* Heritage reached out to us and we're extremely apologetic. We truly appreciate thm reaching out and trying to resolve the problem
