I am a new client at Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who recently assisted me and my Coco. Dr. Folkers, Norma, Lauren, and Mikaela were all incredibly professional and kind—but what mattered to me most was that they truly listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. Coco’s diagnosis was logical, reasonable, and grounded in facts. I never felt like anything unnecessary was being suggested, which gave me confidence in the care we received. I feel very comfortable making Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic my pets’ trusted clinic. At the end of the day, we all just want to be heard and to know our beloved animals are in caring, capable hands. Dr. Folkers and the staff are absolutely amazing! They are kind, knowledgeable, and listened to me. I’m so glad that I changed over from canyon pet hospital. We called in on a Saturday morning while over the holiday weekend with a sick pup. 7am the office answered the phone and we were in office at 1030. Dr Folkers saw turbo after getting a warm reception from the staff. Diagnosis was quick and eliminated guesswork, along with a few meds to carry us over the weekend until a scheduled visit with our regular vet. Our pup is improving and the diagnosis was the right on target, and we were pleased with the end result and the cost. We were not over charged or put thru un necessary procedures. Trust Doc Folkers, you won't be disappointed. Would totally recommend, 5 out of 5. Turbo gives a high paw. (Btw I read the one star review below, Miss D, and the vets decision to give her the boot for shady-ness and avoiding payment is perfectly justified). It's a privilege to have a quality vet. Miss D doesn't understand that but will learn it. All the best for our vet.

I'm so grateful that Dr. Folkers and his team were available to help "Spike" out. His willingness to listen, and thoroughly examine Spike before he took action was refreshing. We don’t live in the area, but we were so thankful to find an urgent care vet that would take our Mastiff Walter, in minutes. He had been having diarrhea for 3 days while traveling in our RV. Everyone treated Walter with kindness, caring, and professionalism. Dr Folkers sent some blood samples, and a stool sample away and we were on our way quickly with an antibiotic in hand. We were so relieved and thankful we found such a wonderful clinic to take Walker to on 15 minutes notice. Within 24 hours, Walter was feeling like his spunky self again. When the tests came back, it was a bacteria just as Dr Folkers suspected. If your fur babies need urgent care, I strongly suggest visiting Flagstaff Veterinary PLLC. I needed to schedule a c-section for my pregnant dog, and my regular vet was going to be out of town that week. Her office recommended Dr. Folkers and Flagstaff Vet Clinic. I am so glad they did! Dr. Folkers and his staff were so friendly, compassionate and professional, and took extra good care of my girl and her 9 puppies. When I arrived to pick them up, two of the weaker puppies were separated from the others and on heating pads, being taken care of by several vet techs. I couldn't believe what extra care my babies received, and I'm sure that the staff's going the extra mile for those two puppies had everything to do with the pups' survival. 10 out of 10, highly recommended!!

Great service & super friendly/professional staff who helped our GSP after a porcupine encounter. No wait time after calling ahead with what happened during our morning hike while visiting Flagstaff. The nurses explained that the removal of all quills (many more of them inside the mouth) will require sedation and multiple staff members to make sure all pieces/ quills will be removed. The procedure took less time than estimated AND the bill matched the lowest number of the quoted range. At pick up it was obvious that our dog had received excellent care, lots of attention and love - he happily walked towards us, but was in no hurry to leave ❤️. We are very thankful to Dr Folker and his team and only wish their clinic would be closer to our home.
