I will always bring my cats here. I’ve been lucky in being a client for over eight years and several kitties have gone here. The staff, techs, and doctor are wonderful humans. The facility is always extremely clean. The prices are more than reasonable. My only regret is not having found TCH sooner. 100%, 10/10, will always recommend.

They are always friendly and so knowledgeable about cats. No guessing games and no one treating you like a burden. I’ve been taking my cats to Dr. Smith for over 20 years and even drove over an hour when my cats needed to be seen when we moved further away. Always worth it. These people care.

I have always found Dr. Smith (and his entire staff) to be incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Because he only works with only cats, i think he is very knowledgeable about a variety of conditions specific to the species. In the past I have found general practice vets to have a more surface level knowledge of cat-specific health problems, or be unable to diagnose and address them at all. Thats not the case with TCH. Dr. Smith and his crew are professionals I feel lucky to have taking care of my cats health .

The entire staff at Tacoma Cat Hospital are awesome! They genuinely care about your cat as if it's one of the family! And.. they are the experts on cat health and well being in my book! Thankful they are serving our community. ❤️🫡

I feel grateful to have found Dr. Smith 30 years ago! We've had several cats lucky enough to be his patients! Our current cat is Spike, who unfortunately is impossibly hard to coerce into a crate, and luckily Spike has been healthy. When we have taken him in, Dr. Smith makes all cats comfortable with him! Thanks go to his very friendly staff as well!

Great place to board our cats. Everyone is nice and the kitties enjoy staying here. We haven't used their vet services, but it's great to know they are there in case one of our kitties gets ill and needs attention. The condos are roomy and the play area can be seen from outside. Bypassers like to observe the cats playing and peeking from their condos. The staff are very attentive and you can tell they love the cats as much as we do. 😺❤️😺

We boarded our senior cat at Tacoma Cat Hospital for 10+ years. While we were on vacation our kitty had serious complications and had to be put down due to a large tumor and difficulty breathing. They were amazing- very compassionate and communicative. I felt very good about the care our cat received. Highly recommend them.
