I took my dog in today for a second opinion for an issue he has been having for over a month that I have been in and out of my vet for. They were able to give me answers and a solution on our first visit. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The vet explained everything in detail and took time to make sure my baby felt safe and comfortable. I was so relieved to have answers. I will be moving to Jeffery Animal Hospital with all my animals and am extremely grateful to them! 1000% recommend them!

I brought one of my two cats in for an appointment because he was ill, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I was surprised by the cost of bloodwork as on a previous visit, the same bloodwork was $140, but this time I was charged well over $250, on top of the appointment cost, despite my cats being established patients at the clinic. What made this even more frustrating was the appointment itself. Both the nurse and veterinarian largely dismissed my concerns and focused on an issue that was not the reason for my visit. The bloodwork performed was nothing special and did not include testing for viral infections that could have explained my cat’s symptoms. Instead of answers, I was pushed into a discussion about a surgery quoted at over $3,000 that my cat does not need. I left with no clear diagnosis and no resolution. To add to this, my brother-in-law — whose cat is also seen at this clinic — was charged the regular $140 rate for the same bloodwork just this week. My entire family brings their cats here, so the lack of pricing consistency was disappointing and confusing. Overall, I left feeling taken advantage of like a "cash-grab" client rather than cared for like a regular client. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and loving to the pets. The front desk staff is amazing. Special shout out to Jennifer! She is amazing and so sweet to the animals. They made my pup feel so special!

Refusal to care for a sick dog with zero compassion. They do not care about anything except for your appointment. They dont even care if someone cancels you still will not get seen. They overbook and do not care for their patients... The female front staff is completely useless and unprofessional who like to laugh at you once you walk out the door, they do not know how to run a front office or to care for animals only how to immediately shoo you away and recommend emergency vet hospitals. Aside from being completely useless they do not have one ounce of compassion for the care or treatment of sick animals. I hope that the veterinarians running this facility soon understand how unprofessional and poorly their front office is performing when animals lives are on the line. I know I am not the first and I won't be the last. Do not come here without an appointment. You'll be wasting your time and precious time that your animals need to get treated, Jeffrey Animal Hospital does not care about you otherwise.

I moved pretty far away and I still take my dogs here. They are extremely caring towards them and will find a way to fit them in if there is an emergency. HIGHLY recommend!

This place is just the best. I grew up in the area and my parents took all of my childhood pets here. So when I moved back to the area and adopted a rescue pup of my own I knew where to go! They are FAST, but incredibly thorough, are patient with my 47294728363 questions as a first time dog mom, make great recommendations and always err on the side of being safe when making recommendations. Also, Lottie absolutely loves everyone here. Shes nervous at first because of all the smells I think, but as soon as she sees all the friendly faces she realizes she’s safe and loved and just sits for everyone during the exams. Not sure if she’s actually nervous, or if she’s just learned to ham it up for all the snuggles but I’m here for it lol

Jeffrey Animal Hospital is such a great place! I have been taking my dogs there for over 15 years and we have received such great care. I have nothing but great regard for the entire staff. Joann in particular has been so kind to us. Thanks for the wonderful service!
