Well I made an appointment for my pet Melo To get vaccinated and I was told that he cannot get vaccinated Today I didn't understand why he only received one rabies shot I was told he needed a second the greeter had no idea what I was talking about I had my medical records for melo but he had no idea what I was talking about and didn't want to hear that I also wanted to get a wellness check but the greeter wasn't pleasant at all he was not concerned about my concerns he wanted to move me out of the way so the other people can get their pet vaccinated so I was not happy but the doctor the veterinarian she was very very kind and she did take a look at my pet's ear I will continue to bring my pet to Petco I just didn't like the customer service that day Miss Agnes
