My experiences with Village East have always been exceptional. Dr. Jill approaches every visit with kindness and patience, taking time to understand not only my cat’s symptoms but also their personality and comfort level. Diagnosis and treatment options are clearly explained, questions are encouraged, and I never feel rushed. When our cats are anxious, the team handles them gently and respectfully. It’s rare to find a clinic where both medical expertise and genuine compassion are so strong. I’m incredibly grateful for the care we’ve received and would recommend Dr. Jill to anyone seeking a trustworthy partner in their pet’s health. She's a gem!

They are always so professional and got my baby right in. We are out of town but have used them each time we are in town and need a vet. They are so good with Sampson (my dog) and he is so comfortable with all of them. The girls are so great with him too. He’s a very large Rottweiler but they aren’t scared of him and treat him so good. He loves all of them. We would recommend this vet office to anyone who needs a vet. They are very reasonable with their pricing too. We don’t go anywhere else when in town!

Our pet has been experiencing an allergic reaction and GI issues for about 2 weeks now. We’ve brought her to numerous vets. We had to bring her in to Village East while visiting in Evansville. The Dr. who treated our pet was really great. Very thorough and informative for us, and brought a breadth and depth of knowledge that we do not often experience. They clearly cared about getting treatment right, while being considerate of our expenses and not doing things that were not necessary. The staff overall were kind and caring which we also really appreciated. Will definitely recommend!

Called at 7:30 am about my sick cat Simba that ate some tulips and they got him right in at 8:00. I know they just so happened to have a cancellation but still they handled the situation professionally and I appreciate them so much 🥰 prices are high but in the end it’s worth it!

I’ve never taken a pet to the vet before, so this was an amazing first time experience for me especially since I had a lot of anxiety about my cat not feeling well. Everyone working there that I interacted with were very nice the entire time and handled my cat very gently. They told me what they were going to be doing with her and explained why. The doctor was very kind and also had given me a second option for treatment in case the first option doesn’t work. The entire time being there was fully stress free for someone who is the one that’s fully responsible for a pet for the first time. The pricing without pet insurance was not bad at all and felt very reasonable for the testing and treatment that they were doing and had given her.

Took our dog in for the first time yesterday. Dr. Jill spent and hour wirh us, answered all our questions and was so knowledgeable. This is our vet from here on out. Have been to 3 different vets in the area and none were are informative and knowledgeable as Village East. Super friendly and affordable.

Once again Village East Animal Hospital has blown me away with their compassion and generosity. A few nights ago my husband noticed our cat was using the litter box often but not actually being able to pee. We had taken him to the emergency vet the night before and been given medication and assured he was fine, but I was freaking out. I called Village East Animal Hospital 20 minutes before the closed, and they told me to come right in without hesitation. They took our little gremlin back right away, assuring me they would take good care of him despite the fact that he was attempting to scratch them to death. We were seen promptly, treated with incredible kindness and they took all my concerns very seriously. All the staff was incredibly reassuring from the wonderful girls behind the desk to the vet herself who spent about 10 minutes reassuring me our baby was getting the best treatment possible at the moment and although he would be uncomfortable, he would ultimately probably be ok. Their fantastic service didn’t end there, today they called me in the morning to check in and ask how our cat was doing. They gave us some follow up advice and gave us food for him that would hopefully help prevent these flare ups in the future. We have been going to see them for 6 years with both cats and dogs, in all sorts of emergency’s and routine check ups. They even remember to use the smallest gage of needle on my dog because she’s a little baby and will cry if they poke her with a big one. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
