Twinbrook Veterinary Hospital

Twinbrook Veterinary Hospital has been there for us every step of the way since we adopted our first fur kid, Francine in 2020. In addition to providing excellent wellness care and advice, they have always heard our concerns and been incredibly thorough. When we noticed a change in behavior, we brought her in to have her evaluated. Dr. Smith found her osteosarcoma(unexpected in a cat that young)and Dr. Rosenthal performed surgery on her the very next day. They saved her life and then helped us to help her heal and adjust to life on three legs. They have continued to monitor her for any signs of reoccurrence and she has not only survived, but thrived. We have since added to our family and each time, they have helped us integrate our new member(s) and treated any issues that have arisen from a routine neuter(Max) to a full dental(Maggie). They have even assisted us when we have fostered kittens. In addition to excellent veterinary care, the office staff is first rate. We have been shown kindness and compassion by everyone we’ve encountered and we genuinely believe that they love our animals as much as we do. We are eternally grateful to Twinbrook and recommend them highly.

I had been taking my elderly cat to another vet. When she needed medication that was nearly impossible to administer, given the awful taste, I decided not to stress her anymore. That's when I came to Twinbrook and have been very pleased with Lila Jane's care! Dr. Rosenthal has been great with giving her attention and a dermal med that is easy to give and is showing good results. Thank you, Twinbrook!

Dr. Smith was fabulous with our girl, Agnes, who has quite a bit of anxiety. His patience and handling of her was top notch. Also, a big thank you for his appreciation of our choices that we make for her treatment. Not all vets are this open minded. We definitely would recommend Twinbrook Veterinary Hospital.

Everyone that works there is always amazing. My dog, Capone, genuinely loves to go to the vet because everyone is so sweet to him and he loves the attention! Also amazing with their medical knowledge. Always gets Capone back on track with his skin issues. Even had to have an emergency surgery a few months ago and they didn’t hesitate to get him in when I called and said there was a problem. Figured out what was wrong and performed surgery the next morning. They saved his life and I can’t rave about them all enough!

Our family has used Twinbrook for probably 20 years. We followed Dr. Smith from another veterinary practice in our town when he moved to Harborcreek. Twinbrook is very through and we trust their judgment on our loved pets. There have been 5 or 6 dogs that have been to visit there over the years, and the care is excellent on each one! Dr. Smith actually saved the life of our beloved little girl dog that we couldn't find out what was making her sick. He has connections with Ohio State veterinary practices and searched to find out what was making here so ill and she recovered. He hung in there until he saved her. The practice has many wonderful, caring employees and we know that we'll be treated very well there. My niece also had her dogs through the years at Twinbrook. We highly recommend them!

Twinbrook is by far one of the best vets in Erie. The doctor took such good care of my cats Daisy and Callie, it was their first time being there too! The staff is very friendly as well as the doctor. The prices are definitely reasonable and affordable. I couldn’t recommend this vet more! Proud to say this is our vet!

This clinic has the best vets and techs and staff around. They really care for your animals and want the best outcome. They focus on making sure pet and owner relationships are taken care of during the care needed. I highly recommend!
