Moonlight Veterinary Center

Moonlight veterinary center is the best. Dr. Halsey and staff took care of my cat Sansa’s urinary issue a few months ago and recently extracted her problem teeth that were causing her a lot of pain. They provided excellent care to ensure a quick, easy recovery and gave her a thorough dental cleaning. I can tell Sansa is feeling great again. Thank you Dr. Halsey and staff!!!

Upon arrival, everyone was kind and friendly and we were brought directly into a room. I took my dog to check out a growth and learned that it was a ruptured cyst and needed to be removed. They were able to do the procedure immediately. All went smoothly and Molly was sent home with her cone and meds to heal. Grateful that we were able to get the surgery done right on the spot. We had a great experience with front office, vet tech, and the Doctor.

Excellent veterinary office with a truly compassionate and attentive team. The staff was incredibly kind and took wonderful care of my pup, but Dr. Halsey was especially outstanding. After my previous vet dismissed my concerns about my dog’s behavior changes and told me I was being dramatic, a friend referred me to Dr. Halsey and I am so grateful. She took the time to truly listen, performed a thorough physical exam, and made me feel completely heard and supported. She carefully walked me through the x-rays, explaining what she saw (and didn’t see) and what it all meant in a way that was clear and reassuring. Since following her care plan, the concerning behaviors have nearly disappeared, and my dog is noticeably more playful, relaxed, and back to himself. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely caring veterinary care.

I’m really impressed with Moonlight Vet Center! My dog Bailey got an eye ulcer and was in a lot of pain, and Dr. Soares and Dr. Hackett were both so helpful. They were really kind and made sure Bailey was comfortable. I really appreciated how much they cared and would definitely recommend them.

We are new to the area, and prioritized finding a vet. My dog is big and anxious, and it's important that she has a vet who understands dogs and behavior. (As an early bonus, we were able to schedule our visit same week, and they proactively reached out to our previous vet to get all of her records prior to her appointment.) Dr Soares and the whole staff gave her plenty of time to get comfortable with them. No one rushed into the room-- everyone calmly waited for her to approach. The exams were complete and my dog was so happy with the staff, I'm confident that we have found our new vet team. It was great that they didn't try to upsell us on anything-- it was a great appointment and we appreciated the focus on relationship-building. I'm gratefulf for their patience and care in giving us space and providing a clear (animal-free) path to our exam room. Even the woman who checked us out was kind and helpful.

Wonderful experience! Met with Dr. Soares, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I felt she wasn't trying to upsell me anything I didn't need. The rest of the team I met was also incredibly professional and kind. I was able to be seen within a few hours of calling for a wellness check up and was very glad to have found the place! I would absolutely recommend Moonlight to other people in need of a new vet.
