I’m visiting from out of town and had a bit of an emergency when my dog broke a nail. Janelle was incredibly kind and helpful, she got us in right away, fixed the nail, and had us taken care of in less than 10 minutes. I’m so incredibly grateful for the quick help and compassion during a stressful situation. Thank you, Janelle!

The staff is great, and visits are timely. Dr. Admani is the BEST vet we’ve ever had for our cat! She likes and truly understands cats. Our cat is 17 years old, and quite fractious at Vet visits; the Dr. understands and handles our cat very well. Dr. Admani also identified our cat’s heart murmur that had never been diagnosed in all the years of vet visits. We are also very pleased with the coverage of our Optimum Wellness Plan.

Dr. Gabrielle Nosewicz, DVM is an exceptional clinician. She is detailed oriented, compassionate and sensitive to the needs of the fur babies she treats. Banfield, Encinitas, CA is lucky to have her.

Kassandra was very great when I had a concern and kept her word in helping me resolve. My Liberty was very well treated and taken care of her on this visit. I have been a loyal client at Banfield for three years, investing in their most expensive plan for my dog,but my recent experiences have left me feeling incredibly frustrated. The older blonde woman at the front desk is not only intimidating but also incredibly disrespectful. Her attitude makes it clear that she lacks the customer service skills necessary for a pet care facility. It's disheartening to feel unwelcome, especially when you're trusting someone with your beloved pet. If I can't trust the staff to treat clients with respect, I certainly can't trust them with my dog. I would rather take my business elsewhere, where I can feel confident that my pet will be treated with care and compassion. I highly recommend considering other options for your pet's healthcare needs.
