VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

I first want to say that this VIP pet care has some great staff & services but the day I went in, the main Veterinarian was very disrespectful, and rude. I went in on Thursday January 29, 2025, and the vet that was on shift was so rude. Im basing this review from that day with the specific main Vet on shift. I saw a recent review that was posted the following day after their service and it seems to be talking about the same vet. She was not caring at all to my dog, she was rude from the very moment I put my dog on the table. The veterinarian was Mary Biesiadecki. I know I wasn’t the only one with this issue because the older couple in front of me came up to me after my visit and they told me the vet wasnt very helpful with them either. Plus seeing the recent review on here saying the vet was rude makes it justifiable that I wasnt the only one who felt disrespected from Mary. The assistants are very caring, sweet and very kind to not only me but all the pets around. This was just an awful experience due to the main vet working that shift. Everything else about the company & the services provided have been great.

Annie was there for her rabies shot. They treated her so nicely and also asked if there were any other issues of concern. Luckily there were none.

Great service and not overly crowded. We brought our cat in for her shots.

First time using walk in services, was overall pleased, were friendly and caring for our pet

Everyone was nice and caring with our pup who gets scared easily. They took time to ease him

My dog was still wagging his tail as he got shots.. they were kind to him

They were very gentle with Lilliput.
