Thank you so much for all your help with our Kookie, thank you for making her as comfortable as you could. Thank you for letting me/ us have our final moments with her . We miss her so much. We appreciate the help that this clinic gave to our Kookie in her final moments. They made her as comfortable as they could and respected our final moments with her without rushing us. Very good clinic. Will continue to take our other Furbabies.

Dr. Porras provided exceptional care for our two-year-old Goldendoodle, and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise and compassion. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and has an outstanding bedside manner that immediately put both us and our pup at ease. What truly set her apart was her dedication in going above and beyond—she personally followed up on his condition and was able to secure an urgent appointment with a veterinary ophthalmologist, sparing us what would have otherwise been a two-week wait. Her prompt action, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference during a very stressful time. We cannot recommend Dr. Porras highly enough. Truly a five-star veterinarian.

This vet turned out to be the most unprofessional and incapable vet I’ve been to. The ortho vet is rude. Is Unwilling to hear your concern. Our dog had a situation and their neglect caused infection. A infection that was not communicated to us or treated. Would never recommend. From care, To the wait times it takes. Don’t waste your time. I had to give one star and they do not deserve it

This veterinary office offers a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere despite its smaller size. From the doctor to the receptionist, every team member is exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Their pricing is fair, and they take the time to clearly explain all available options without ever making you feel pressured. After a difficult experience at a previous clinic, I came in feeling anxious and cautious. The staff was aware of my past situation and went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard, supported, and at ease. Their compassion and understanding truly made a difference. Choosing this clinic was the best decision I could have made for my pet, and I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided

On 02/20/26, I took my German shepherd to this clinic. Upon arrival I noticed that the staff was cleaning the outside of the clinic; glass, door, and door handles making me believe the place was clean. I wasn't wrong, Entering the clinic it was very clean and organized. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Front lobyiest (Matt) was extremely helpful and patient explaining the paperwork and procedure. Fast-forward, picking up my pet the staff was once again extremely helpful and we're extremely detailed; explaining the procedure and what was going to be need from us for a more efficient recovery. Lastly, the price was one of the cheapest if not the cheapest in the surrounding area. We are extremely pleased and appreciate there hard work and professionalism.

Doughboy and the staff at Wedt Texas Veterinary Services were amazing. I stayed outside to make sure my Rottweiler was calm going in. The receptionist met me outside and did my intake info for my Rottweiler Zuri. She had the best care and we were both happy. Great check up. Thank you for such professional service and the staff was courteous and loved Zuri.

I’ve been going to Dr Terrazas for years and was happy with his staff and services because they were always honest with me about my options in treating my pet. However this last time I ruin my puppy in because she swallowed a piece of thread and it was still visibly coming out of her mouth so Dr. Kelly Ellis referred me to the ER but said they would do X-rays and offered to do them there since they are less expensive. Of course I said yes, once they took the xrays , she said that the string wasn’t in her stomach yet because it wasn’t showing in the xray so she would need an endoscopy to be able to see and get the string out, she referred me to rhe emergency vet on airway and I asked if I could take her to the one closer do my home since I knew it was more affordable she said I couldn’t because they didn’t have the endoscopy machine. So once her vet tech came out she mentioned the ER I had asked about I told her the vet said they didn’t have the equipment and she assured me they did. So that’s my first complaint is she lied to me about the clinic, once I get to the clinic by my house the vet there tells me you can’t see thread through an xray. So that’s the second time she lied to me. This makes me realize this veterinary office is only in it for the money and they don’t actually care about your pets. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the care my pet received.
