I can’t say enough great things about Lost Dog Animal Clinic and the incredible care they provided for my French bulldog, Rocky. Dr. Case and the entire staff went above and beyond when Rocky was dealing with a bacterial infection. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about his well-being. Dr. Case took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in the treatment plan. What really stood out was how patient and compassionate everyone was—not just with Rocky, but with me as well. You can tell they truly love animals and treat them like their own. Thanks to their expertise and care, Rocky is doing so much better, and I’m incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a vet you can trust, I highly recommend Lost Dog Animal Clinic. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong client!

It’s nice that we get to see the same vet each time and Dr Case is getting to know our dogs. They are patient with our shy dog and patient with our overly excited dog and are very fast to get appointments, same day appointments when our dogs need it. The prices are the same as all the other El Paso clinics in the area and we have been happy with the care our dogs have received, would recommend!

The staff amazing! Attentive, Informative and since the beginning always make you feel welcome. Everybody provides a lot of attention to your dog, their confidence in the field makes you feel comfortable that your pets are in good hands. The clininc spottles clean, beautiful designed, modern and very well maintained. Great place for your pets♥️

You can tell that everyone here truly cares about animals and their people. The clinic itself is beautiful—new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention went into creating such a comfortable and professional space. I’m so happy to have found a new home for my pets here. Amazing experience! I took both of my dogs in and couldn’t be happier with the care they received. I love that they do lab work in-house, so I walked out already knowing how my dogs were doing. The staff also explains pricing upfront, which I really appreciate no surprises and very reassuring. Everyone was kind, professional, and clearly cares about your pets. Highly recommend! 🐶🐾

We brought our dog Bear to Lost Dog Vet because we are unsure as to what is causing him to lose hair and be so itchy all the time. Walking in, the clinic is so beautiful and clean! The staff is so helpful and sweet and Dr. Case is trying everything to rule out what could be causing our dog to be in so much pain. We are so thankful to all the staff here and hope we can figure out what’s wrong with Bear so that he can get better. <3
