Absolutely outstanding customer service and care! God bless this place and all the wonderful staff. Assistant Liz is incredible. The amount of information she provided and the trust I felt in her to take care of my baby meant so much to me. Dr. Cortina is just as amazing. We went in for a wellness check, a trim, and her shots, and everything was done perfectly. I’m truly grateful and so pleased with this location. If you’re looking for a super clean and respectful veterinary clinic, this is the place. It was almost too clean 🤣 The front staff is amazing as well. Overall, such great vibes, spotless spaces, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for taking such great care of us! 10000/10 💖

Wildly over priced, definitely seems to be more expensive than most other vet clinics in the west area. Their wait times are the only plus side. You don’t wait nearly as long. But it certainly felt like they add more and more to your bill and the need to come in twice a year to continue care is ridiculous. Appears that staff gets over turned a lot now. I’m glad we quit coming to this clinic. Nothing wrong with the technicians, they are fast at what they do. If you want to spend all of your money please feel free to do so here. Otherwise you can get good care elsewhere for less.

I’ve been taking my pets to Foothills for two years, and I can confidently say this is the gold standard for veterinary care. It’s rare to find a clinic where every single level of the organization is so well-aligned. The Staff - From the moment you walk in, the front desk and vet techs set a calming tone. During our last visit, my Dachshund was incredibly anxious due to a paw injury. The technician, didn't just rush us into a room; she sat on the floor with him, offered high-value treats, and waited until his tail wagged before starting the intake. Their patience with nervous pets is unmatched. The Practice Manager, stepped out personally to walk me through the paperwork. She was professional, transparent about costs, and clearly runs a tight ship—the clinic is spotless and the scheduling is always on point. It’s obvious she cares deeply about the client experience. The Doctor phenomenal. She took the time to explain my pet's treatment, ensuring I understood the why behind the prescription.

Foothills Animal Clinic is an amazing place to take your little furry bundle of joys to. They love your pet just as much as you love them. The place is super clean, nice, and the staff is really friendly. Shout outs to Chris. Everybody hates chris nah more like everybody loves chris. 💯

Incompetent care. My pet suffering from cough/gagging and respiratory issues causing to bite her tongue, after vast amount of labs, xrays and scans at this place and a fee for over 700, no proper diagnosis just indicating labwork showed she was healthy with possible heart issues. No treatment no medication , they referred to another clinic because they couldn’t help. In the span of one day I spent over 2000 on two clinics just to get pet is healthy and unable to determine cause of my pet having bad episodes of not breathing or choking. My pet can’t move without making horrible sounds and choking.

I witnessed a dog get hit by a car near coronado high and I stopped to grab him from the road. I rushed him here and Dr. Cortinas and Tech Chris immediately took him in, doing what they could to save him. They worked hard until the end, thank you for trying to help the doggo survive and for providing comfort as he passed.

So thankful to Chris, Bo has never been so calm with someone touching his nails and I can’t be more thankful to him for being so sweet and understanding during this time figuring out what’s wrong with my babies eye. Thank you again Chris for taking the time to help us. ❤️
