If it were possible to leave a review without giving a star, this would be that time. Was told the wait time was going to be two hours. That two hours came and went. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, they advised me that an emergency came in. So, I would have to wait another 4 hours. This wouldn't have been so bad because every family is just as important as mine; however, this was a bold face lie! I was waiting out side and there was no movement in or out. So, I asked oh you have an emergency in the back? The tech told me no, an emergency came in just now. (Sad) On top of that, the girl had no empathy-she asked so what do you want to do? Do better El Paso! At least hire people that care, or with people skills.🤦🏾‍♀️ UPDATE: Since there are only a few Vets available on weekends, especially on Sundays, I found myself back here again, which I was not looking forward to. However, this visit felt completely different — like I was at a brand new office. The staff was new, friendly, and attentive, making sure to listen carefully to all my concerns and keeping me informed about the wait time. I truly appreciate when my concerns are acknowledged, and I want to give praise where it's due. Thank you so much for your kindness and considerate care! You all did an amazing job this time! 🥰

The staff and doctors at Far East Animal Care Center were some of the most patient and nicest people. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They were happy to help find our cat the help he needed to feel better, and when he needed to stay overnight, they actually texted me updates and sent pictures of my sweet boy periodically. He is getting much better, and as much as I loved the clinic, I hope I won't have another reason to come again soon! Dr. Madrid and Dr. Chavarria were the main doctors to help us, and they were both extremely helpful and amazing.

I was hesitate in coming here to put my baby Blue to sleep because of the bad negative reviews. But all we received was compassion they understood our pain and the staff and Dr. were wonderful. They totally made the process 100 better. THANK YOU very much for the set up and for being very understanding.

Came for an emergency and they are now our regular vet. Very caring. If your pet has to stay, they send texts with updates and photos. Can't beat the hours either.

My experience was great when I went to take my pup for emergency attetion they did a fast check in to get my pup in. I love there attention cause they right away in they're nice persons attending and very amazing and they took very good attention of my pup!! Love 💕 this animal clinic I will highly recommend. The only thing I didn't like is that the next day we went for check up we waited like 4 hrs to go in!! But other than that I love there work!!

The people that work here are very nice and polite they take care of all the animals. now I know why my twin brother and my mom bring all the dogs here they took really good care of my mom's dog Daisy

Its important to take the time to share how happy I was with my experience at this clinic. My dog had severe diarreah and vomiting over the course of a few days and nothing we were doing was working. We put her on a completley bland diet with no luck and I finally made the choice to bring her to the clinic. The check in process was simple and easy. They were able to see us 3 hours sooner than the original expected time. The tech working that night (who was a recent hire) was detailed, empathetic, and bubbly. She heard out all of our concerns and was very gentle with my dog. The vet we saw, Dr. Brandi McClellan, was extremley thorough and patient. She came in and was very commincative with what she thought was happening and what she wanted to do to address the issues. She opened up the floor for us to ask any questions and never made me feel like she was rushing to get out of the room. Before proceeding with any treatment, they give you a full estimate of costs to make sure there are no surprises. I thought the pricing was fair and expected for the situation. (Roughly $680.00 which included full exam, afterhours fee, labs, biohazard disposal, IV fluids, IV nausea medication, IV antibiotics, and two prescribed meds to take home). After 2 days, my dog has improved to 80% if her normal self (Dr. said it could be 24-48 hours) and I could not be happier to see her finally eating and playing again. I would come here again in the future for any other pet emergenices.
