The team at Okoboji have taken such great care of our three girls! They treat your pets as their own and are always so excited to see them! I love that I can text as well as the usual call and email. I have been with these ladies for about 4 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Both Brittani and Dr. Sarah is true blessing to the veterinary community. I truly am beyond thankful for the services and the care they provide to my kiddos, but the care and education they provide to my husband and I. They are always able to help get me squeezed in when I have questions or need my kiddos checked out. I can be a handful when it comes to the health of my pups and they continues to show exceptional care and professionalism. I can not speak higher of these lovely ladies! Thank you for what you do!

This vet is ok for pet checkups and routine pet maintenance; however, if you have any issues beyond that, BE WARY. My ESA dog was brought to this vet over ten months and six appointments. She kept declining in health each time, to the point where Dr. Sara told us Milly was going to die. We took Milly to a different vet, and $7,000 later, and we discovered Milly had a common parasite for a long time that Okoboji completely missed. Okoboji refused to cover any amount of Milly's $7,000 treatment, and we were informed that there was clear malpractice and negligence from Dr. Sara and her assistant. Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone use this vet if you love your pet.

We moved out of state over a year ago and I completely forgot to write a review about our wonderful vet office we worked with for 3 years. Dr. Sarah and Brittany have always been helpful, punctual with responses, professional and comforting during appointments. They answered all obvious and stupid questions I asked without ridicule. Both of my dogs are geriatric and one of them had incontinence issues. Medications were prescribed and my fur baby had to stay on them the rest of her life. They were always helpful in finding the most affordable avenue in refilling her prescription. During our move they also helped us with prescribing extra so we didn’t have the stress of finding a new vet at our new location. It was really helpful in alleviating af least one stressor. Empathetic, down to earth and kind hearted. Thank you for treating us fairly and thank you for going the extra mile to make our lives easier. We wish this vet office all the success and only kind patients to deal with.

Some of the friendliest and knowledge people. My old man is usually so terrified of the vet. They are so patient and kind, they work with him and his anxiety has really calmed down ever since we started going here.

Absolutely the best Vet we’ve ever had. Their wellness plans are made just for your pup and affordable. I love that I can text an issue I might be having with one of my pups and I get a quick response. They love my babies just as much as I do. If your looking for a new vet you can’t go wrong with Okoboji !!!

They’re so kind and helpful, have amazing communication, and always make sure that your animal is comfortable and safe. I recently adopted a kitten and right off the bat he had some issues that needed looked at. They were quick to offer multiple, affordable options. They respect financial situations and I never feel like they’re just trying to suck my wallet dry. Every time I’ve gone to them, I’ve felt completely secure in the fact that my kitten is in good hands and that I’ll know all of the options of care so that I can make the best choice for me and my animal. I highly suggest Okoboji for any animal owner.
