We recently had to put our beloved cat down. Dr. Ramirez and staff were incredible to work with and beyond compassionate during this hard time. While im sad he is retiring, I have faith in Dr. Nikki and Dr. Urbanowski to continue on with the same compassion.

I brought my dog in to be checked for worms and they did $2800 worth of work after him having to be sedated and some more and didn’t even perform any tests to find out if he was infected with parasites or not so it was a complete waste of $2800 upon leaving their clinic. My dog was unconscious in their bushes because they were closing as we were ending our services I suppose and not one employee, including the doctor stuff to check and see if we were OK. They walked right by us seen us and continued onto their car I suppose since we were after hours and they were closed it didn’t matter to themterrible terrible veterinary services

A few months ago, I got a quote for a planned surgery for my dog. After the ownership change, the same procedure jumped $200 higher—no explanation, no added services, just a straight increase. That was already concerning. Then, when I brought my dog in for drop-off, the vet didn’t have time to address several important questions and concerns I had before the procedure. Instead, a very young tech handled it and sidestepped or brushed off my questions. This rushed, impersonal approach would never have happened under the old ownership. To top it off, we had an unexpected emergency that required immediate care. The bill ended up being more expensive than any after-hours emergency vet visit we’ve ever had—and we’ve had several over the years. What used to be compassionate, relationship-focused care has turned into what feels like a clear money grab. Prices are up significantly, communication is lacking, and the personal touch that kept us coming back for over a decade is gone.

Couldn’t recommend a local vet more! Brought in our dog for her routine exam, shots, and some other concerns and we were worried since we are from out of state and have been traveling but it was a fantastic experience! All of the staff was so kind to our girl and our feral toddler we also had with us, all questions were answered, and we even got some antibiotics/steroids all at such a lower cost than I was expecting! Highly impressive all around and we thank you guys so much!!

Brought my cat in with an infected front left paw. Dr. and assistant were very good with him. He needed Rabies vaccine and some antibiotics. We paid and went home. Today they call and say he received the correct Feline Rabies Vaccine but we were charged for the price of K9 Rabies which is $10 cheaper and they requested the$10 to correct the mistake they made or I couldn't get the neccessary documents to send to Animal control to get his tag. I paid it but will not recommend them or take my cat back. This is probably why they push pet insurance and credit plans. They prey on your love of your pet and how much it is worth to you.

Scheduled an appointment for a checkup for my cat. After scheduling and paying the deposit, I realized I scheduled at a different vet from the one I was recommended to try. I called back to cancel about 5 minutes later and they told me they could not refund my $50 deposit. They never said it was non refundable or else I would not have scheduled it. Going to a different vet and they kept my $50. Beyond disappointed that they could not give me the deposit back.

I give him a one star they could’ve helped my mother-in-law‘s dog but instead, they let her die that none of these animal places really care about their pets and stuff. They just want money if you ain’t got money they’re not gonna help you.
