Banfield Pet Hospital

We have been with Eagan Banfield for a long time. Recently this pass year our dog got really sick. Thanks to the amazing team they have and Dr Ivan everything was able to be figured out for our dog. I am forever grateful to them. Every single staff memeber is wonderful. I truly feel we are cared for when we come to them from regular check ups to something serious like trying to find a diagnosis. All of the features the plan offers for our pets have only benefited us. I can’t imagine how much more money we would have spend over the years for our two pets without Banfield’s plan. Worth every penny.

I brought my dog in for an emergency exam I set up an appointment they had sent me a text message code to confirm my appointment. Upon getting there to the Eagan location The girl at the front desk was asking me why I was there I told her I had an appointment @1pm for a drop off. She spoke to me very rudely telling me I didn't have an appointment. I showed her the code on my phone but for some reason their system was not registering that I had an appointment. So I told her that's fine I'll just redo the appointment on my phone quick. Well somebody else walks in for their appointment as soon as I confirm my appointment for the second time. I told her I had just re did the appointment and then she gives me an attitude " oh well we're no longer taking any appointments we're at full capacity" which is absolute bullshit! I was there for my appointment before the other person showed up for thier appointment and The employee seen my confirmation code. So the fact that my dog was turned away when she was going through an emergency is totally unacceptable.

Customer service? Nope they will just wish you good luck. My 18 year old daughter brought her dog in this afternoon because her shitzu had been there in the past and was suffering seizures. Instead of offering any help she was told that she didn’t have an appointment and dismissed her. When my daughter asked if she could tell her what to do or where to go she was told " nope, best of luck to you". Can’t imagine it would have put this woman out to provide some direction to a teenager who is trying to help their pet. We will now be bringing our 3 dogs to a vet that actually cares about their patients and owners.

Poor experience. I had a 3:00 PM appointment and received no cancellation notice. After driving nearly an hour in snowy weather with my cat, I arrived to find the clinic closed. The only notice was a sign on the door saying they closed early at 2:00 PM. Weather closures are understandable—failing to notify scheduled clients is not. This caused unnecessary stress for my pet and reflects poor professionalism.

Went with my friend and her pup twice (at the and of his life) the last two weeks. It was hard but I was so impressed with the time they spent and how kind everyone is at Banfield. They did everything they could but not the expensive things that would not have helped.

I’ve been a Banfield client for many years now and have always been very impressed with my pets’ care. Recently, my dog was diagnosed with kidney disease and the staff have been wonderful in helping me navigate caring for him in a way that I can handle financially.

I just started going to Banfield I've got a new puppy and I got the Optimal Wellness Plan insurance on her. So far they seem to be very good. My puppy is 8 weeks old she's a retriever she got sick and they were able to fit her in at the last minute. They were able to treat her and we continue to treat her the Banfield here in Eagan Minnesota is definitely a place to take your animals
