Amazing staff! The doctor was very helpful in guiding and helping my cat in getting better after her diabetes diagnosis! Overall shes in remission and on the road of recovery! Nursing staff were very helpful with translation as the Dr. mainly speaks Spanish which I can understand up till it comes to technical terms. My jumped off our bed, like she usually has for the past 12yrs,but hurt her spine. The vet was very good helping us find out what really happened, because her front legs were completely numb,he's our hero. After 3 injections she's back to herself. We did buy her a ramp, to avoid further accidents. A bit pricey but totally worth it. I highly recommend this place for any pet.

Brought my Great Dane puppy for ear cropping 3 months old healthy got a call telling me that he was in critical conditions then when I arrived he e was dead. I still don’t understand what happened but I’m just sharing my experience be aware. I did get a full refund of 1,800 but I lost my full breed puppy.

I took my 2 year old Dog who had Colitis. The Dr and Staff were nice and helpful. They took care of us when no one else was open on a Saturday. Dr.Rocha gave us some meds and helped me with changing my dog’s food. 2 months later my dog is healthily and happy

Called multiple hospitals and I called here told them the situation and they quoted me $55 for walk in consult, took my information and I headed over. The doctor took one look at my dog and said, well you have a very old dog here. Go figure. Once I went over everything again he checked his ears gums and eyes and said he would need to do a full work up 1200!!! Unfortunately it's not in the budget for me and I tried the care credit and it didn't work either so l decided to take my dog home and figure it out in the morning. Then the receptionist told me it would be 140 because it was an emergency visit, I explained how I had spoken to their receptionist and she said 55, and she said yes but yours was an emergency, we put you at the front of the line. Front of the line? | waited 50 minutes prior to be seen, and all the other dogs who were there got seen before us! She wouldn't budge blaming that they're 'training the receptionist and she might have messed up. I ended up having to pay, I just wanted to leave. It's 2 am and I'm up with my dog with worsening symptoms, I'll never take my dog there and if I were you I wouldn't take yours either.

Never come here they are extremely unprofessional and rude the old doctor started adding things that weren’t needed for my dogs and charging me extremely high prices for dog food the old lady that was the receptionist in the front desk was extremely rude then the the doctor informed us that our dog was aggressive when reality he was just nervous and barking Then the guy with glasses that was an assistant nurse said the price will be 456 for my two dogs. I was fine with the price and then he goes on saying that in total it was going to be. Over $700 and I asked him for what and he rudely responded with because of all the work that we’re doing for your two dogs my dogs were completely fine. We originally went in just for two check ups for my dogs and a rabies shot. They started trying to add foods that were unnecessary when our house has full of dog food and the doctor started trying to scare me, saying that I was slowly killing my dog for giving him treats and I speak Spanish as well, but I had preferred to speak. Speak English instead because I speak English more than the Spanish doctor was being rude. I recommend to not bring your pets to this vet because when you walk out those doors, your pocket will be completely empty. And if I could, I would put one and a half stars horrible experience I will not be bringing my pets here ever again.

The Doctor and Staff were helpful and understanding of the situation we were put in. We received way more details and information of our Cat's condition than the first, I will just say "24 hour hospital" we took her to and were being coerced into a very expensive surgery which even if it was successful would not change her outcome. Firestone Animal Hospital broke every single condition down, never pushing us towards any contracts or fees. They were very straightforward of what the future held for my cat and the other conditions that the first hospital disregarded in even checking. Even though we decided to end her obvious physical and visual stress of her pain. The compassion and careness we were shown by this hospital speaks volumes for me. I appreciate the care, thoughtfulness and discretion given to us through her last moments. As a cat father I thank this hospital for helping me understand why I had to make one of the hardest choice of my life. Thank you, Firestone Animal Hospital.
