My sister and nephews had to put their dog to sleep today, it was a stressful day for all of us not looking forward to losing our friend... Dr. Syfrett took us in even when they were about to close, and was more than willing to wait on other family members of ours to show. He's amazing, I could tell he knew what was wrong with our dog just by looking at him. He gave us our options and told us what we needed to know. We decided to give it one more day to spend with our dog to and come back. That's when we met Dr. Ferrell (I hope I have the spelling right) he took great care of us as well, making good communication and getting on the floor with us as we put our Antonio to rest. He explained the process beforehand which I was happy about because we did not know what to expect. He was gentle with Antonio and spoke with the calmest tone. I am very impressed with you, sir. The clinic is a cozy and friendly place with the best staff who really do care for animals. I will be bringing my own dog for future visits to this clinic after seeing the wonderful treatment today Dr. Ferrell offered to my sister and nephews during such a sad time. We immediately felt relief and ended up having a wonderful evening after he was finally laid to rest in his grave. Thank you South Park Veterinary Clinic! We will never forget your kindness. ♥

My cat got spayed and she actually is seeming to enjoy that fact. She didn't act like she was in pain at all. The staff was very helpful with her care information beforehand and afterwards and she got all her shots and everything for a very good price. Will definitely be using them for my 2 dogs.

We love South Park Vet Clinic!! Dr. Syfrett and everyone that works there are so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful and have always taken the best care of our fur babies in both emergency and non-emergency situations. We HIGHLY recommend them.

My lucy was having a really bad sore mouth so I had to find a veterinarian that would see her. The whole staff was kind and very concerned about Lucy and me. It started out I had to find a veterinarian that would see her because I was asked not to bring her back to a veterinarian office. She would not walk on a leash and would act out so South Park veterinarian clinic agreed to see her well trying to get her out of the car she bit me so Dr syfrett used a catch-pole to get her out of the car and sedated her to examine her she had a tumor that he was sure was cancer so I let him youthenize her. The whole staff was real nice and concerned. They explained every thing they were doing.

I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful these people are! There have been many occasions, however the one that stands out the most to me is when I called after hours on the weekend and Dr Syfrett calmed me down, and encouraged me that if I wanted to come in that it would be okay however he wanted to save me the after hours fees and I could bring my pet in the next day during normal hours. That was phenomenal to me that instead of him making that extra money he was more concerned about telling me what to do for my pet and sacrificing that money his clinic would've gotten. This is not just a business. This vet's office cares. Really truly cares!
