The staff Marie and I believe the other staff name is Shawn were absolutely phenomenal! My Jaeda Pooh is often nervous around others but she was calm and well cared for during her visit. Doctor Frank Miskena was knowledgeable and gentle during her exam and vaccinations. I would highly recommend for for all your fur babies needs. They delivery great service and has a caring supportive staff.
I took my cat there for an emergency. The right side of her face was swollen. They were able to accommodate me immediately. The office manager Marie was very helpful and kind which was much appreciated during this stressful situation. Dr. John was amazing and very generous in not charging more for the additional services that were needed to be performed. I truly appreciate them. As always a great experience. 😊❤️
NW Animal hospital has taken care of my pets since 2021, and the entire staff has been compassionate, very responsive, and gentle with my aging cat and dog. Both the veterinarians and office staff are exemplary and treat me and my pets with respect and kindness. They also understand any budget constraints I have had, and I would recommend them to anyone in the NW Detroit community!
This vet is the greatest! Best prices for visits. Quality bedside manner. They answer all your questions and try to work within your budget to the best of their ability. Highly recommend!
This Veterinarian Clinic refuses to treat cancer in pets despite having access to the medicine necessary to do so. The veterinarians here instead claim not to have the medicine on hand then call in the pet parent to talk about a plan of action where they spend time encouraging the pet parent to either euthanize their pet and discourage seeking treatment. Instead they gently encourage the pet parent to come to terms with the unlikelihood of remission. Regardless of if the pet has been responsive to treatment or not. This is especially egregious when it comes to the treatment of cats.
I'm so glad to have found this place - they were able to get my dog seen on very short notice for a travel health certificate. The staff were all amazing and price was incredibly reasonable. Would highly recommend this vet ,
Best experience with a veterinarian by far. My boy even loved him and listen to him. He was on his best behavior even after getting a poke. I was able to get in on an emergency basis without the emergency cost he was seen within 2 hours of calling. Staff was kind empathetic compassionate enthusiastic. I cannot say enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
