Had an actual emergency situation today with a feral stray cat suffering through obstructed labor. Not one rescue that I called was available, humane societies have looping recorded directories, no one would assist with a c-section for under $5k, and euthanasia was over $500 for procedure + handling of remains everywhere I called. I happened to drive by Francis Animal Hospital, called out of desperation, and Dr. Francis offered to help us within the hour for 1/5th of the price. So thankful for his availability to prioritize her comfort and empathy for our situation. The cat wasn't ours, but her discomfort mattered (as well as our financial limitations). Dr. Francis validated that and I will be forever grateful for his big heart.

This man saved a kitten i found in the alley behind my restaurant that was half frozen, sick and dying. 2 years later he is healthy and happy. This man works alone and will work with your budget. As I said he is in there working alone so if you have no patience this place might not be for you. All I can say is this man cares about what he is doing and you can tell he loves animals. Looking forward to bringing the kittens that my latest rescued stray just surprised me with in to see him. I would give ten stars if I could.

I Love Dr. Francis! I have been going to him for years, I am about to 50 and I can’t understand how he still look the same all these years.. I know it has been 30yrs + now. He is a Blessed Man and Vet. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He knows animals… I recommend everyone I know and you reading to him!!! Now just know Im not the only one who loves him so you have to have patience BC he has ALOT of customers!

Very disorganized. Understaffed. I was a customer for over 15 years. Called in 2026 to make an appointment for my puppy almost waited 2hours. Francis will schedule 6 people with the same appointment time. He works solo. No receptionist. One time he offered to give my puppy a rabies shot in the parking lot and never came out. He doesn’t keep up to date records, just a yellow receipt for the services paid. He often forgets everything about your animal when you call back a few days later. Save your time and gas. He is not the doctor he use to be.

Dr. Francis is absolutely amazing! My kitty was very sick with a severe form of anemia. Dr.Francis recognized he needed to be rushed to the emergency room just by looking at his eyes. He didn’t even charge us for the visit, telling us to spend the money on emergency care! After an emergency blood transfusion, Downy is doing better and Dr. Francis is handling all of his follow up care. He is incredibly caring and his prices a new very affordable! I’m 38 and been a pet owner my entire life. I’ve never dealt with a Veterinarian who cares so much about his patients!! ❤️❤️❤️

A fantastic Vet who deeply cares about people and pets. I happened across this office after my dog got into some trouble shortly after our typical vet closed. When I called, he answered my questions honestly and knowledgeably, and he told me to bring my dog in, even though they were just closing. I waited a little over an hour and I was not alone. Doc was seeing many other pets that all needed help but were told are "not seeing new clients for weeks" at other vets. After patiently waiting, Doc took great care of my anxious dog, and handed me a very reasonable invoice considering the situation. My pup and I would highly reccomend this office to family and friends!
