We were lucky enough to find Dr.German a year ago. Our great dane was diagnosed with wobblers. We went to several vets and found no hope. He was on steroids, VERY overweight and could barely go on a walk around the block. Dr. German changed his life (and ours), with supplements and diet changes. He is now down over 50 lbs and cannot wait for his 30-45 minute walks. He plays again and we feel like we were given a major gift in getting our dog back! Every appointment with Dr. German is an hour and she and her staff are there for your dog. They are on the floor with them and listening to what the dog needs. To not have to stress in a waiting room is enough reason to change vets, but having them meet your animal where they are at and listen to them is invaluable. Do these dog not look so cuddleable? Well the Black and White one (Nova) loves people but hates vets and the Brown and White one (Rusty) has massive fear aggression to where we couldn't even take him in crowded spots. The entire staff at PetVet 365 took on the challenge of helping Rusty at his pace. The happy visits built this pups trust and now he can go to the Red Rocks! This team builds trust with your dog before treating them. My wife was in tears at how well he has taking to them. What's the catch you ask? What is the cost? What if I told you it is FREE! This office offers "happy visits" which are meant to get your dog accustomed to the staff, the tools, and the techniques. This way when they actually do have an appointment your special someone is in the hands of someone they trust. We go every week on the weekend. It could take 15 min or longer. It just depends on the boundaries of the dog. This way when you do have to pay for a check up, procedure, or exam you know when your pup or cat sees them they feel like they are in their own owner's hands. Exceptional! Everything about this vet clinic is different than you’ve ever experienced. The exam room is warm and inviting similar to a living room room at home. No metal examining table, but a comfy couch with lots of pillows, plus toys for dogs to play with. My dog gets very nervous going to the vet. Within a short period of time, she calmed down and laid down next to me. By the time we were done, she was paying more attention to the staff than me and wagging her tail. The exam was thorough and the discussion about her care was detailed. I scheduled the appointment expecting the next step to be scheduling surgery with a geriatric dog that may not make it through anesthesia. I appreciated the candidate conversation with conservative options of care, and a follow up visit in 30 days recommended to start. I took my beloved special needs kitty to Dr. German to talk with her about holistic options. He has to have medication occasionally, but I wanted other options to keep him comfortable in between dosages. The clinic is warm and inviting, the design is beautiful and each room feels like someplace I wouldn't mind hanging out in. Dr. German is extremely knowledgeable, and she made the entire visit peaceful for both me and my cat. We have some options to try out, and I feel confident bringing him back to her for continued care. I highly recommend this beautiful practice!

The entire team at PetVet 365 University is great! We started taking our recently adopted Sheepadoodle there and have been blown away by the experience. It's truly like no other vet we've been to before. It's relaxed, comfortable, warm & welcoming. The exam rooms feel like you're hanging out in your living room. My dog showed zero fear, was at ease, and lapped up all the pets the vet & vet tech were giving. Their pricing is very comparable to your "average" vet clinic, so it's not like they're up charging for the experience either. Highly recommend this location & the team!

Thank you to Dr. German and her team for an incredible vet experience! Both our dogs are seen by them and recently Penny got her teeth cleaned. They put us and her at ease and did a great job!! They are all kind, professional, genuine, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
