De.Rebbeca was very Empathetic, it felt as though she knew our Gustifur Personally. She came out to our house and was on time very professional and Caring. She was very careful with him administering the medicine and just made the whole process as pleasant as possible. She even offered a hug at the end which I think goes above and beyond and I can’t recommend her enough. If you are facing the difficult decision of helping your furry loved one cross over the rainbow bridge 🌈 I highly recommend Dr. Rebecca with Heartstrings Pet Hospice. Heartstrings and Dr Knepler were both fantastic. They did an amazing job and showed real compassion for everything we were going through. The booking process was simple and the explanations from the doctor about what to expect was perfect. She made sure take her time and allowed us to take our time with it as well. An experience no one wants to go through, this company helps make it much more manageable.

We recently had to make the difficult decision of saying goodbye to our 14 year old Black Lab but we were so fortunate to have Dr. Sprague from Heartstrings come to our house and help us during our sorrowful goodbye. She was kind, sweet and comforting and she made sure we knew what to expect with each step. The understanding, patience and respect for our grief will never be forgotten. With as difficult of a decision this was, having such wonderful support from Heartstrings and Dr. Sprague, gave us the comfort we needed to say goodbye to our beloved Boone ❤️ And we will always be grateful! Dr. Knepler was so kind and patient with me. I always had a hard time getting my dog to the vet as he was extremely reactive, so I was very nervous about my appointment. Everything I thought could go wrong she had already prepared for, and my baby was able to pass peacefully. That’s all I could have wanted for him in his last moments. I can’t thank you enough for helping me through this incredibly difficult journey.

The overall experience was warm and kind. Our sweet boy, was in his own bed, calm, and not stressed out at the vets office. Very peaceful.

Dr. Knepler helped our little friend Carter transition within our home. She made the process as compassionate and as considerate as possible. She walked us through what to expect, at no point did we feel rushed, and overall it was relieving to see Carter pass on with dignity and comfort watching his father's eyes. This was a same day appointment, we were worried with the way his breathing was labored that if we couldn't assist him, he wouldn't have made it till morning. Highly recommend, thank you Dr. Knepler.

A class act from start to finish. I had tried another pet euthanasia service, and where they failed me with booking and lack of compassion, Heartstrings excelled. The coordinator was warm and understanding, and they were able to help us say goodbye to our beloved Nola same-day so she wouldn't have to be in pain. Dr. Katie, as other reviewers mentioned, has a wonderful bedside manner and is calm, respectful, and everything she said was so appropriate for the occasion. This was our first in-home euthanasia, and although none are easy, it was nice to have our pet be as comfortable as possible. We'll miss Nola deeply, but are so grateful to have had a compassionate and personal experience for one of the most difficult times in a pet owner's life.
