Very friendly environment, love the staff. They take care of ur loved one. Our little Spaz Snoopy says paws up to all of you. He is definitely feeling better today, hates the cone tho lol.

We have taken our pets to Downtown Animal Care Center for 13 years. I wouldn’t change a thing. The staff, the services, the pricing, They are make for a pleasant pet care Experience. We love it!

Our experience with the front desk staff and veterinarian woman was just exceptional. We had made a quality of life appointment for our elderly dog who we love deeply, and to have people who are kind and empathetic and willing to help us....made my heart feel so encouraged. One lady at the front desk helped carry our dog out to my van to help us load him since he was so dizzy he could barely walk. Another woman (vet tech) cleaned the bowl of water that my dog stepped on and spilled in the room. The vet herself was beyond helpful and empathetic. I would recommend this place to anyone....and worth the drive we had to make downtown when we do not live near there. It was also affordable.

I have been here before for many issues, a few to say goodbye. Never had a problem, not till last week. I had called to ask about getting next day appointment to say goodbye to our 18yr old baby. Woman told me to come in between 3pm-5pm. Told her we would be there. We get there, only to have them dispute that we even spoke, asked for proof on my phone that it was their number. Took entirely to long to finally get a room, when we did, the room was dirty, and the lack of compassion was off the charts. They placed a catheter in her right across the room, where we was forced to listen to her howls of pain , then they came in, gave her the two shots, and because she was amped up, the lethal injection made her body start to jump. My wife started hyperventilating, crying, watching her babies body spasm. This is not how our goodbye should of been. I expected professional, compassionate people, this is not at all what we got. VERY disgusted with how we, and our fur baby was treated. I will NEVER recommend them for ANYTHING! If your crappy day, or lack of empathy is affected that much, Burger King is always hiring, I suggest you find another job. YOU SUCKED AT DOING ANYTHING RIGHT FOR HER OR US!!! 🤬😡 SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!

We had our cats' annual exams and vaccines. Staff was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. We had an appointment and there was no wait when we got there. They also handled our pets with great care. Fees were affordable. Definitely a good place for pets.

I’ve been going to this vet for 6 years. My favourite doctor here is Dr. Molloy. He is so nice and great with my dog. 100% would recommend him…. Now about the Care Center itself. They begin to enforce a new policy of a $50 deposit for appointments to prevent no shows, totally understandable but not when the staff isn’t enforcing it. The massive issues I have run into with this is front desk people tell me not to worry about it, No one answering the phone when I call to place deposit, I've set appointments where I have no one call to confirm, and then I have a technician giving me attitude on how I was "lucky" that my appointment wasn’t canceled and that I was able to be seen. Honestly if it wasn’t for Dr.Molloy I would have decided to move my dog to another clinic.

DACC is an exceptional veterinarian! All of the employees are nice, helpful and supportive to each situation that may arise when having a pet. For, over two years now mother and I will only bring our dogs here. Thank you!
