My dog gets soooo excited when he knows we’re about to go for a check up. They go above and beyond. The insurance plan is more than worth it. Amazing staff.

Our cat became medically complex last year - it was very sudden and very scary. The staff and veterinary team here are amazing. They are extremely helpful, always friendly, and great about follow ups. They are 100% why we were able to handle our pet's needs. We now have to do long term pharmacy for our pet, and they are always extremely kind in helping us to navigate it. They are always our recommendation for people looking for a vet in our area.

My dog Buddy has the best vet ever at Banfield. Dr. Stevens is amazing — very thorough and always explains everything clearly. Vet tech Jill does an excellent job trimming Buddy’s nails, and he’s always calm with her. Everyone at this Banfield location is kind, caring, and treats Buddy like family, which means so much to me because he is my family. I’m truly grateful for the level of care they give him. Pricing is transparent, you always know what to expect, and it feels fair for the level of care.

Made me wait 30 minutes on the phone with my card issuer before they would bring me back my cat. When I asked if I could pay the remaining $190 later in the week, I was told I would have 48 hours before the bill would go to collections, but that we would give the card issuer until 6pm while they closed. They made me wait 30 minutes on the phone, because of a security flag with care credit. I worked in patient services at a fertility clinic, we would have patients with bills in the thousands, tens of thousands. 48 hours to collections over $200? They got their money from me and I still don’t know what’s wrong with my cat. Avoid this place. They have availability, but their policies are draconian and reek of late stage capitalism. When their billing policies are more strict than a fertility clinic, you know it’s comically bad.

This location is AMAZING. Everyone there treats my kitty like she’s their only patient, and they always make sure to check in after she leaves next day to make sure she’s doing well and I don’t need anything else. I love love love this hospital. Amazing service. I just got my kitty spayed and Dr Huber stitched her up seamlessly so the recovery was so easy for my cat compared to other spay recoveries I’ve experienced. Everyone is so nice here, amazing payment plans, and best of all they treat my cat with so much love and care 🙂

I have been to Banfield at this location twice now with 2 different cats, seeing 2 different doctors and each time it has been amazing. They completely change my opinion of what an animal hospital should be. Things I love about them: evening and Saturday hours, an app that stores all of your pets records and allows for easily scheduling, a flexible Wellness plan that makes paying for pet care easy and affordable, transparent and caring vets and techs, friendly staff and clean office. I was provided comprehensive care, did not feel pressured into anything, and know my pets are in good hands there. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great overall experience!! Everyone was very helpful and kind and the Vet took time to talk with us about our new puppy as compared to another previous Vet. Thanks Banfield !
