I LOVE the Vetco staff!! ALWAYS knowledgeable and provide my Rosie with excellent care!! The prices are budget friendly and beats paying $300 at her vet for 1 vaccination and preventative care! TYSM!!! (Sugar Hollow Rd spot)
I love Vetco vaccination clinic. I feel certain veterinarians and vet-tech/check-in reps feel it is there job to police the industrya bit. At times, I wish personal comments were kept to themselves but overall, especially from the vet tech and certain veterinarians, I feel my puppies and late dog have been well-taken care of and handled with care.
VetCo helped administer vaccines to Honey, my VERY reactive rescue. She is highly adverse to vets, and I hoped a pet store with treats would distract her from the vet part. It did! The vet team was patient, and efficient. It’s the first time Honey’s ever made it through vaccines without a meltdown!!! Highly recommend!!!
The vet services were fine. There was some misunderstanding about the costs; told one price at check-in then the vet gave me a different price when finished. Seemed rather high. I’ll check with my vet next time before I go to vetco for vaccinations.
The vet and the vet techs were great. They were professional and able to answer any questions I had. They made my dogs feel safe.
