VICTORY BARK VETERINARY CLINIC

Our "Lil' Man" ZenSei (Zennie), a 16-year-old black Manx, has always been extraordinarily healthy and active. However, during his recent annual exam, Dr. Ruth noted he needed a deep dental cleaning and potential extractions. As a self-admitted "helicopter mom," I cannot rave enough about the care we received. The "curb-side" service is seamless, but it was the people who truly made the difference. From Jimmy and Kelsey’s patient, unhurried attention to Dr. Ruth’s compassion and expertise, every box was checked. Despite my many phone calls, emails and texts, they treated Zennie as if he were their only patient. Everything went exactly as scheduled on surgery day. Now, just six days later, it’s as if Zennie has found a fountain of youth! His "teenage" energy is back—he’s eating heartily, enjoying his harness walks, and reclaiming his favorite spots in his kitty-condos and on Daddy’s lap. It’s clear those two bad teeth were holding him back. Having owned a business for 30 years, I know the value of a great team. Dr. Ruth, Jimmy, Kelsey, and the whole staff are simply the BEST!!

I’ve taken my baby here for Her first checkup and her first yearly annual. I like this clinic. It seems pretty good. The prices seem reasonable. The service is fast and the staff are friendly & definitely flexible. The veterinarian is very kind and provides all the detailed information you need and lots of good health recommendations for your pet. Even though their virtual, they give great recommendations on places you can take your pet for playtime so they can interact with other animals. And you can also book a meeting with the veterinarian so you can meet her ! Overall, great experience will use them again next year!

I do not have enough great things to say about Dr. Ruth and Victory Bark as a whole. I have been going to her since 2020 and I have had nothing but great experiences with her and her staff. They are always so friendly and my dog actually gets excited when he realizes where we are going (even though he still always looks back at me like why are you not coming in?? it's great in here!) I have never been inside the clinic, which I am honestly okay with that because it probably cuts down on a lot of issues, including unfamiliar dogs not getting along. I cannot really speak to the pricing but it seems reasonable for the care she provides. I routinely take my dog there to have his nails grinded because he is a corgi and she knows that their nails have to be cut in a certain fashion due to how his feet sit. She is always willing to provide guidance without making you feel rushed. There was one occasion where I called to ask whether something my dog was experiencing was an emergency. It was close to closing time and they told me to bring him by to check him out. After he was examined, it was determined it was not an emergency situation so we made treatment plans and she saved us an ER visit and bill.

Dr. Ruth gave me such a sense of relief. She was so knowledgeable and comforting that I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She answered my questions and gave me a piece of mind. She treated my baby and made me feel better, too. 😊 We just moved to Design District, so glad to be so close by our new vet!

I am so impressed by Dr Ruth and the whole entire staff. They have taken care of my dogs with the utmost professionalism and love. They are always available to answer any questions and do not overtreat or undertreat and conscious of cost to the owners. I’m so grateful. One of my dogs was injured out of state and they took the time to review all the x-rays and help me make sure I was making the right decision and even finsihed the treatment after we returned. Life savers !!

They did a fantastic job with my little cat dude. They were recommended by my vet because my guy is diabetic. Victory was very accommodating and were happy to give a range quote depending on what was needed. Originally the vet had thought he would need teeth pulled but turns out just a deep cleaning. So overall all a great experience!

Highly recommend! I was taking my pup to another vet previously and had a bad experience. I had the best experience at victory bark, everyone is so sweet and personable! So glad I found them 🙂 I will definitely continue taking my pup here!
