VCA Preston Park Animal Hospital

Had an appointment and went in this morning, and that was the most friendly VCA we’ve ever been to. My dog is really sensitive with hospitals, and they were very professional, patient, and respectful about that without any judgment. Valerie and Doctor Rebecca were extremely kind and professional. They explained everything clearly, checked in with us during the whole process, and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable. The clinic was clean, the front desk was welcoming, and the whole visit felt smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the care and will definitely come back in the future.

Dr.Dowd is awesome and the rest of the staff is very friendly Luna really likes them and I’m grateful they offer a membership program or I wouldn’t be able to afford the vet

Dr Soileau is great, very thorough and thoughtful. I think she takes more time w my dog than some docs take w human patients! 😜 The staff is professional and efficient. I appreciate them all so much!

I don’t normally write reviews, but unfortunately my family dog was diagnosed with lymphoma, which is heartbreaking. All things considered we are staying positive. Dr Kilby- not sure if you were having a bad day- which is understandable, but your lack of compassion and bedside manner left me feeling unsupported and concerned. As a healthcare worker myself, I found your lack of desire to sit down and walk me through things disappointing and astonishing. I hope you take a break because you are clearly burned out.
