Dr. Thomas is a STAR. She has been our vet for many years. Through thick and thin (Covid was challenging) she shines. We also love Alex! She cares and it shows. We have a new kitty that has medical problems (we knew it when we adopted him) & Dr. Thomas is taking it easy and not jumping to a conclusion…yet.

Dr. Van Iterson and all the support staff at this office are beyond great. They are thorough, they care, they treat out pets as if they were one of their own. We are exceptionally pleased.

I’ve had dogs my whole life, and I’ve never had a vet like this. Dr. Toller and his staff (shoutout Megan and Alan) take every concern you bring them seriously, show no irritation with millions of questions, and never push you to make decisions that don’t have your pet’s best interest in mind. Dr. Toller gives you options with pros and cons either way, and never pushes services for the sake of money. Honestly didn’t want to write this review in case it encourages people to flood their office (I wanted to gatekeep!), but I’m truly appreciative of the staff.

I came to Preston Royal at a critical time in my baby Brownie's life. I keep thinking if I had brought him here sooner maybe we could've caught the cancer sooner and he would've had a better chance. We were in and out of this office enough times in the last 3-4 months that he got to meet several of the vets there. I'm grateful for all of the vets and techs for doing what they could to help him and make him feel loved and comfortable as possible until the very end. We gave it a good fight for about four months with chemo and the treatments helped at the start and bought me extra time with my sweet boy. The vets helped me focus on his quality of life and I was able to put him to rest while he was still mostly himself, and I was able to send him out the way he deserved and stayed by his side until the very end.

Dr Elizabeth Van Iterson went over in above to make sure my Yorkie CHARLIE was well taken care of and thoroughly checked. As he was nervous, she was very kind and concerned took extra care of him. Great follow and a thorough description of what needed to be done what was done and what the results were

Dr. Sarah Thomas has been our family's vet for many years and she has always provided exceptional, knowledgable, compassionate care to our beloved dogs. When we have questions about our dogs' care she is always quickly responsive as well as a good listener. She also understands the special needs of dogs who are anxious about veterinary care and makes it as easy for them as possible, including making house calls upon request so that her patients can be in a familiar environment during exams. Her techs are also uniformly capable, gentle and kind. We recommend her very highly.

I have used Preston Royal Animal Clinic in Dallas for many years and many dog crises. Their vets are ALWAYS super well educated, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Their entire staff has always treated my dogs (and me) with kindness and respect. No one is ever pushy about products. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. I was there yesterday with my dog - she starts getting excited when I pull into their parking lot - she LOVES going to Preston Royal Animal Clinic!!!
