Dr Martinson was hands down one of my best vet appointments I’ve ever had. She is an absolute gem and I feel so well informed on ways to help improve my dog Russias mobility as she ages. She went over X-rays and the acupuncture process in such a thorough and descriptive way. The passion she has is obvious and so amazing to experience. The staff here is also so wonderful and does an amazing job caring for your pets needs. I was thrilled I got to have this experience today as aging pets navigating pain can be so stressful.

We love the veterinarians and staff at HEAL. They are always willing to listen and answer all our questions or concerns. Both our Cavaliers actually get excited when we pull into the parking lot.

HEAL Vet is one of a kind. Their holistic approach and the time they take to diagnose and treat is amazing. Over a year my once very, VERY active dog was experiencing accelerated mobility pain even when doing simple things like getting in the car or even sitting down. I had taken him to other vets that immediately suggested surgery, shots, or nothing. The thought that this would be his quality of life was so distressing. Then, I was referred to Dr. Martinson. Admittedly I was hesitant due to the cost and skeptical that something very costly would be recommended without results. Needless to say I was wrong and taking my dog there was the best decision I made, worth every penny and more. Dr. Martinson is a genius and, immediately knew where his pain was and what was causing it. The treatment were simple lifestyle changes to alleviate stress on his knees and within 2 weeks I saw a huge difference and after a month, back to running and jumping at full force! They took the time to really understand my dog so as not to treat symptoms but the cause. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’d like Dr Barton to please give me a call. Barbara hung up the phone on me & when I simply asked her why Dr Barton hasn’t got back to me she accused me of raising my voice. I’ve spent a good $2000.00-3000.00 EVERY time I come into this facility for anyone to get upset about $65 fee. I never say anything about how HIGH the fees are when yall charge me but your team BARBARA & others call and HARASS me via email to pay a mealy $65 fee. Is $65 worth a good paying customer who never challenges your ENORMOUS fees? Please have Dr Barton call me as I requested months ago.

Every single employee we encountered at HEAL Vet was SO kind, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. Kevin, our 100lb, 1.5 year old pup, had trouble bearing his full weight on his hindleg and after visiting with a hip specialist we were told he would need a full hip replacement. We were a bit shocked with this diagnosis and wanted to make sure we got a few more opinions before we put our young pup through such an intense surgery. After our initial visit with Dr. Martinson we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our pup just had a partial cruciate tear that was already starting to repair itself and that his hips were in perfect condition! Kevin participated in physical therapy at HEAL and after 6 sessions he was a totally different pup! He was back to bearing his full weight on his hindleg. We are forever grateful to the whole team at HEAL Vet. Kevin absolutely loved walking through those doors for PT every week. The Physical Therapy team was so patient with our rambunctious pup. The front office staff always welcomed us and Kevin so warmly. And Dr. Martinson is just wonderful!

I’m a veterinarian myself and bring my almost 13 year old dog , Riley, to Dr. Gaines and Lisa (his PT nurse) for once weekly acupuncture, water treadmill, laser, and massage therapy. I cannot express how much his rehab has improved his quality of life. I am so thankful for the HEAL staff for helping keep Riley comfortable in his senior years when medication alone wasn’t helping with arthritis of his hips and neck/back pain. I have referred many senior pet parents to HEAL when medications alone aren’t enough and everyone has been super happy with their experience!
