Dr. Schaffer took incredible care of my Doberman, Ghost. She handled his ears perfectly and treated him like an absolute king the entire time. It honestly felt more like an all-day spa experience than just a visit. If you have a Doberman and need ear work done, this is the place to go - no question. You can tell she truly cares and knows exactly what she’s doing. Highly recommend. And that’s saying a lot because I almost never leave reviews. - DRB & Ghost 🐾

I was soo excited to get the call when Dr.Schaffer was able to fit me in. Seeing all the pictures of pretty cropped ears had me excited for my doberman pup. Process was smooth, in & out. Nothing was over complicated and (forgive me i do not know his name) the guy with curly hair was great for letting me know what to look for. Each follow up appointment was less than 15 minutes, which I loved because traffic is crazy and I rarely came in where there were many dogs in office and they thoroughly inspected my baby’s ears. They have healed and I have taken initiative to post myself outside of the offered postings. Great experience! Happy Pup! Thank you all again!

I went to Dr. Schaffer with my first Doberman, Zero. She and Gus took great care of him, despite his inability to stay crated as he was a rowdy and wild puppy. I got a medium long crop, & Dr. Schaffer was even able to fix his scarred tail from a previous dock. Attached are photos of him & his ears at different age stages. I always refer everyone who ask about his ears to her, and even have a friend who went here for her giant schnauzer’s ears. Zero is 1 1/2 years old now, and he’s always getting compliments for his ears.

I’m so thankful that I got Dr Schaffer to do my fur baby ears ! So far his ears look great and hasn’t been a month since his surgery , I can tell she is very talented and has years of experience. I would never go anywhere else . She answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge and was very friendly and professional. The staff was also very professional and very helpful. Highly Recommend! This place was recommended by another clinic & I don’t regret coming here! The staff is super nice and sweet. They treated my Doberman with a lot of care and not to say that 2 weeks of treatment and also medication was included with the price paid so it was well worth it! This is how my Doberman is looking so far still has a lot more posting needed but they definitely did a great job!

Dr. Schaffer did a pawesome job with the 5 Beauceron’s I brought to her for ear cropping! She’s so nice and her staff is wonderful! They’re super professional and very knowledgeable! We will definitely be going back to them in the future!
