VCA Bal-Coeur Animal Hospital

My dog had started to grow old and I couldn’t drive him to the vet we were using for years. This animal hospital is right down the road from us; every time I called, they answered, they were prompt to get us in, always very thorough and friendly, all the way up until the end. Thank you for taking care of our pet with utmost care and thank you for supporting us in making our decision to say goodbye. You all are truly wonderful at this place. Thank you so much for everything you did for us

Wow! 1 Star you guys are ridiculously expensive not a great vet unless you're born into generational wealth. 5 stars extremely hospitable, from the receptionist to the vet.

All of my kitties have been coming here (previously VCA Manchester). I've seen all of the vets that work here and they are all amazing. Very empathetic and kind veterinarians, the vet techs are amazing and the front desk staff are super helpful and kind. Literally have never had a negative experience here. The staff always takes their time and never makes me feel rushed. All of my questions get answered and they always answer phone calls and if they need to call me back, I always get a call back within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone with cats! (I'm sure they are great with dogs too, I just only have cats).

After being a loyal patient for years for 3 dogs, the money grab is over. My 1 year old dog was in for an ear infection/physicalexam/vaccinations on October 14th. We were given prescription ear drops. On December 13th, the other ear became infected so I called to get a refill. I was told we'd have to bring her in for another physical exam. This is a total money grab and disrespectful. There are many other vets in the area to choose from. It's too bad Bal Coeur has lost 2 young canine patients over ear drops.

The staff is super down to earth! This location provides such a high quality of care and they have a lot of regular clients in the grooming and the vet hospital for a reason for sure.

Hobbes the cat has been a patient here for nine years since moving from Chicago. He gets top-notch care every time he visits. The vets, techs, and office staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and very nice.

Dr. Breummer is delightful and she takes her time with your pet and explains things clearly. She really cares and so does her staff.
