Dr Griffin was great! She masters the art of explaining things kindly without beating around the bush. Technician was awesome, too. I missed my appointment because i got dates mixed up, and they kindly rescheduled my appointment to a convenient day/time without making me wait a long time to get my dog seen. While waiting for my appointment, I met a couple long-time clients with their dogs who were very excited to be there. It was my chihuahuas first time, and he was an anxious mess. The staff was patient and careful with him. I also appreciate the minimalism of the lobby and exam rooms. Decorations shouldn't matter at all in a vet clinic. In the lobby, you are not bombarded with product displays and posters with information that is impossible to absorb while trying to manage your animal. There aren't many nooks or crannies for germs to hide, and the staff keeps everything spotless, which is so important if you want to prevent the spread of disease. With parvo being so prevalent in Texas, i will recommend this clinic to anyone I know with a new puppy. Bark bark from Becky and Chip, and thank you from their humans! 💖

Establishing a new patient visit for my standard poodle, Gentry went very well. Professional, and prompt attention.

The entire team at this vet office was absolutely amazing and so compassionate during one of the hardest moments of my life. When I had to put my sweet and sassy Clarabelle down, they treated us with such kindness, patience, and respect. They took the time to explain everything, made sure Clarabelle was comfortable, and allowed me the space to say goodbye without ever feeling rushed. Their empathy and care meant more to me than I can put into words. I will forever be grateful for how they honored my girl and supported me through such a painful goodbye. I truly couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate group of people

I made an appointment for a mass in my dogs mouth. When I got there they immediately started taking blood and apparently had us listed as an annual visit with vaccines. A quotes 45$ visit ended at 125$ part of was a heart worm test I didn’t approve or need. Didn’t even ask before taking his blood if my dog is on heart worm meds which he is has been his whole life, 9 years old. Along with all that waste of money the dr repeatedly told me about him needing a dental. Hello the cashew size mass is IN his mouth and he is a shih tzu they have bad teeth. I’m crying because this mass could be cancer and I could lose him but by all means let’s drive home the state his teeth are in! Now I have to go to another surgical clinic because their surgeon is out of town for weeks and may not even do the removal surgery. What a waste of time, money and stress.

Took our dog in that was having skin itching and irritation with his allergies they looked at him they are very kind friendly and professional the facilities are very clean and nice the vet and their assistant that looked at him done an amazing job knew what he needed gave him what he needed that night and the next day totally different dog is playing so much better looks so much better I know he feels so much better very thankful for the vet and the vet assistant as they really cared for him and us would give it more than a five-star but that's all it gives junior is very happy this morning thank you all definitely recommend this vet and their veterinarians and their pricing was a whole lot better than everyone else ❤️❤️👍💯

The first time here was new to the area and was very happy with the service! Moomoo was feeling bad one day, and the next, she was back to herself...lol.. my little girl. My sweet Romeo got his shots and was so hyper when he got home ..lol..doc stated they would be tired for the rest of the day but not my Romeo..lol.. excellent place and price friendly!

As I was going into the garage for something, my little yorki followed me , as I was coming back in from the garage, he followed behind me, I noticed him chewing something, so I looked to see. I took it out of his mouth it looked like a healthy bar, but I knew it wasn't, I knew it was rat poison, so I frantically called my husband to confirm it, as I described the color and by sending him a picture 📸 he confirmed it was rat poison. I and a friend took him to the vet right away. When arriving at the animal clinic, they quickly took me to the back and gave him a shot to throw up. Meanwhile, why my poor pup was throwing up the vet asked me what kind of rat poison it was? When i showed her, she said oh that's a good one. I said, "What do you mean that's a good rat poison"? ,she replied because that one has a shot they can give him to counteract it, she said. After she gave him a shot . She said to keep an eye on him and what to look for. When we got home, he was jumping and playing as if nothing had happened. 😆 . I highly recommend this place. 5 thumbs 👍
