I wanted to get my dog fixed so I reached out and what a mistake that was. First of all they couldn’t give me a price I had to make an appt for my dog to be examined first since she was never seen there before. Which was $60. That’s fine. Then my appt is at 12noon. I arrived 10 mins early and they have me waiting for almost 45 mins before even calling us back , then to still not get a price and the following day they email me the cost of $1,500 to fix my spay my dog. Haha I don’t think so Dr . Owen’s. Do not go here unless you want to be overpriced by a $1,000. Will never be back here. Not to mention they are short staff. I probably would have waited even longer if I wasn’t already walking out.
I was looking for a new vet. I thought this vet was very thorough and kind. My dog had a paw infection and blood work at the time showed low blood count. Treatment was given. 2 weeks later when I went in for my dogs rabies not she would not give it unless my dog had additional bloodwork. I thought that was ridiculous. Was very disappointed that all she was trying to do was get more money from me. I’ve been to many vets and was never told blood work had to be done. It was very clear that my dogs paw infection was healed but she refused to give her the shot. Very disappointing
The vet here is absolutely the finest in the area. She is so kind and enthusiastic. She keeps her focus on the pet while thoroughly explaining everything the owner has to know. She is someone who obviously truly loves her job and it’s wonderful to see. The staff is also so sweet and thoughtful. I love how they write your pet’s name on the board! Such a cute detail.
After adopting our little girl, we were told by the Corona Animal Shelter to bring her here to be spayed. What an awesome staff! Cheyenne greeted us, and made our little Chloe extremely comfortable. When we picked her up that afternoon, Brandon bent-over-backwards to explain her special care needs during recovery. If we weren't so far away, this would definitely be Chloe's regular vet. Can't say enough good things about Sacred Hearts!
I drive 50 minutes each visit only for Dr. Owen and her great team! Lewis at front desk is great. I have a very sensitive husky boy and god knows how much Dr. Owen and her team have helped him through everything. She truly is very knowledgeable and yet compassionate. She explains everything so clearly and I can’t thank her and her team enough.
What a wonderful experience. My first time, but not our dogs to see Dr. Owens . From the front desk to the tech to Dr. Owens. Every person I came in contact with, #1 I felt heard and not rushed at all. Dr. Owens was so warm and friendly, made us feel like we where a VIPs even with other fur babies in the beautiful waiting area. You know she does that with all her patience. The doctor explained everything made sure I understood and answer any and all questions. The staff were so all very nice and so loving to all the fur babies. So if you're looking for a new vet here's the place.
I have been taking my dog here since we rescued him in July and I have been happy every single appointment we have had. The first appt we had, Dr. Owens called me and was extremely thorough with the information from the exam. The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful and my puppy likes going there and feels very comfortable with them. I highly recommend this vet.
