10000/10 would recommend, was our first time there because of course on nail clipping day my dogs dew claw decides it’s going to snap but not completely off, of course after the vet closes. Started googling and found this place now I’m very skeptical about emergency vets if you know which one I’m talking about you’ll understand, they were very compassionate with it sounded like a very emergent situation that happened in another room and they all showed emotion with it which shows me they do care about the animals they take care of, my dog had to get light sedation to get it clipped off and they ended up clipping her nails as well for me and the best part I know everyone worries about it was actually super reasonably priced for it all, now if something happens I know for a fact I will be going there 💕 thank you guys for taking care of Esmé for me she’s doing amazing!

Sunday, March 1st, 2026 we had to take our beloved Aziza Marie to UrgentVet for euthanization. While it was one of the most painful experiences of our lives, they made it easier to handle, given the devastating circumstances. Very professional and extremely empathetic. We could tell immediately they weren't just there for a paycheck, but actually cared about our cat and made a concerted effort to make it as easy on her and us as possible. I genuinely wish I could continue working with them as the primary veterinarian for our other cat, Pepper. Hands down the best vet we have ever been to and I will absolutely recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency vet visit.

I came to UrgentVet last Thursday. I had never been there and when we had a issue that needed treating, this place was highly recommended by a friend to go after hours. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING.....that's an understatement!! This company and staff have compassion, and had sincere feelings of wanting to help in a crisis situation. I really can't express how they tended to our needs, we were first priority in their eyes and boy did that comfort me. They went through EVERYTHING IN DETAIL about what to expect, what they found out, and the ultimate plan to fix my furry friend. They went through the cost step by step stating what they were doing and associated costs! For an animal you love, no amount of money matters and I walked out and had to cry because they were THERE for us!! PLEASE EVERYONE USE THIS company, it's amazing and the manner in which they handled my crisis was just AMAZING!! Sheila is back to her joyful self and I have only the utmost respect for this establishment!! I am just so grateful for their wonderful help when I needed it most!! Sue

This girl ruptured an anal gland. Discovered it at 5 pm on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Took her in and they checked her out, and very kindly didn’t charge me since no treatment was needed. I’ll be back when we DO have an issue that needs treatment; they were very kind. I want to support that kind of customer care.

Very professional and caring. Even called us on our way in to get a few details to make sure they were set for our dog when we got there. They were able to make her comfortable and gave us directions on what to do if something happens before she could be seen by her regular vet in the morning if need be. They also followed up the next day to check on her. Extremely clean facility. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed.

The staff at Urgent Pet were so caring. My dog had a knee injury and we couldn't get in to see the vet soon enough. Blaine Family Vet referred me to them advising they were very affordable and would be able to get him help that day. The staff made both my dog and I comfortable during a stressful situation. They are great people who care greatly for all their patients and their families. I highly recommend this service to everyone who has pets that need care.
