The good shepard does an amazing job at taking care of all the fur babies I have. Easy to get ahold of their clinic, simple to get ahold of patient records, pick up flea and tick medicine. And most importantly, they were compassionate and wonderful during the hardest time when I had to say goodbye to my baby last year, they were with us when she crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you good shepard!

I was very impressed with the great customer service I received at Good Shepherd's for my cat Daisy. Dr Lori took the time to answer all my questions and her techs were so good with Daisy, gentle and very kind. I will return and also recommend the clinic to my friends and anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable and caring Vet. I chose her because she has three cats of her own, and thinking she was familiar with cat temperament.

I stumbled upon this clinic during Thanksgiving 2022, because my vet was closed. I brought my spicy cat in and they were wonderful and patient! Dr. Lori took her time explaining out the treatment plan and distracting Ms.Lena as she gave her a shot. This experience made me switch vets. Our second visit was also great! Very loving, caring, and gentle staff. I chose to change my vet due to the care of Dr. Lori and her staff. Vet tech, Zyah(sp?), Patricia (front desk), and the other woman was also just as wonderful.

I love Dr Lori! She is my favorite vet I’ve ever taken my pets to and would recommend her highly. I have an old German Shepherd and he has some health issues and she is always treating him like a pet who is loved, like he was her pup, like any doctor should treat a patient, unlike some others I’ve unfortunately experienced. When we first met her, I was so scared to take him to the vet, I thought for sure they would tell me to put him down. I remember crying all the way, but when we got there she was so kind and genuine about his condition and determining how we treat him, he does take medication but he is elderly and his quality of life is so much better! I’m so happy she’s opened her clinic here in Conway and closer to us. I’m so thankful for Dr Lori and her staff!

Dr. Lori and her staff are always so excited to see any of my animals. They greet them with nothing but love , and have patience with my pups that need a little bit more of it. I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet who listens to your concerns, and will do anything in her power to find a solution. Picture of 1/5 of my babies 💜

I can’t say enough great things about Good Shepard Animal Clinic. They’ve been incredibly thorough and compassionate since the first visit. Dr. Smith and the team have showed genuine care for my dog, Ginger, each and every visit. Recently, Ginger had a sudden medical emergency, they took her in right away without hesitation. Dr. Smith and the team’s urgency and compassion for Ginger provided much needed relief in a stressful situation. Highly recommend this clinic.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk team is always friendly, helpful, and organized, making scheduling and follow-ups a breeze. The veterinarian here is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions with patience and care. Most importantly, she treated my pet like family—with genuine compassion and respect. The vet techs and assistants were just as impressive—gentle, kind, and clearly experienced. It's obvious that everyone here truly cares about the animals they treat. Thanks to their dedication, my pet received top-notch care and is now happy and healthy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry family members.
